On their initial visit, the tech told us how to reset our side slide which was experiencing uneven movement and sticking. They also set an appointment for the following week to repair or our furnace. They showed up early for the repair and it wound up being $200 less than the original quote. They removed the furnace and cleaned out the mess left by dirt daubers (thanks previous owner!), then reinstalled and made sure the screen was in place to prevent future problems. I reached out to several companies for estimates, including dealers in the area. Elite RV came to my home to document the damage. They transmitted to my insurer, sufficient documentation so that I literally had nothing to do at that point but schedule pick up of my trailer for repair. Elite RV came out and towed my trailer off, and a few days later returned it, with a roof that was not only perfectly installed, but that was firmer than from the factory. Like the reviews I read before agreeing to have Elite RV do the work - they did what they promised. They didn't cut corners. They were also a more expensive option, which I note primarily for those considering self-funded repairs. My insurer, initially estimating damage at $0, and then later at half the cost of Elite RV (and still far less than a dealer), did end up paying right away once they saw the documentation from Elite RV. As to what you can expect based on my experience: good communication (including regular follow up along the way), attention to details - they don't just find a quick answer to questions they explain it, and friendly service.

I called on Friday afternoon and left a message. Jim called me back in less than 10 minutes and after a brief discussion we had scheduled an appointment for 9:30 the next day.
