    My travel trailer had it's roof damaged by baseball sized hail, it's a miracle nothing else on it…read morewas damaged. I reached out to several companies for estimates, including dealers in the area. Elite RV came to my home to document the damage. They transmitted to my insurer, sufficient documentation so that I literally had nothing to do at that point but schedule pick up of my trailer for repair. Elite RV came out and towed my trailer off, and a few days later returned it, with a roof that was not only perfectly installed, but that was firmer than from the factory. Like the reviews I read before agreeing to have Elite RV do the work - they did what they promised. They didn't cut corners. They were also a more expensive option, which I note primarily for those considering self-funded repairs. My insurer, initially estimating damage at $0, and then later at half the cost of Elite RV (and still far less than a dealer), did end up paying right away once they saw the documentation from Elite RV. As to what you can expect based on my experience: good communication (including regular follow up along the way), attention to details - they don't just find a quick answer to questions they explain it, and friendly service.

Despite Josh confirming on November 2, 2025, that the windshield cracks would be covered as a warranty issue, the RV has now been at your Fort Worth facility for 106 days (since January 22, 2026) without any repairs being completed. Throughout this process, I have been met with conflicting information and a total lack of follow-up: * March 25, 2026: Brandon incorrectly claimed the repair was denied as a new claim, despite this being a warranty issue previously approved by Josh. * March 26, 2026: Josh apologized for the confusion and promised the repair would be finished by our agreed-upon date. * April 30, 2026: Upon my arrival to retrieve the vehicle, I was told the glass would arrive that day or shortly after. As of today, May 8, 2026, I have received no updates. I have had to initiate every single point of contact, as my calls are never returned. I am requesting an immediate status update and a firm completion date for these repairs.
