I took my car to get buffed as the hood had oxidation. It looked great for a month or so. Not only that, I realized 2 days later, two nice jackets I left in the car were in a black garbage bag in the back soaking wet. If he let me know right away, I could have taken them out and dried them. After 2 months the hood started deteriorating far worse than it was to begin with. I tried calling, nobody answered. I tried texting, no answer. So I drove over twice, the 2nd time, the door was unlocked and could not find anybody inside. I left a NOTE ON THE Keyboard and still didn't get a call. I think he knew I was there and went out and hid in his truck. He was very nice and I figured he knew what he was doing. But if you look at this photo, it even shows tape lines on the hood and it is now ruined and will have to be completely painted. I have never seen anything like this in my life. You can see everywhere he over-buffed and sanded and tape lines, which makes no sense to me. BEWARE as it's going to cost a lot to fix it now. read more

I don't even recognize my car anymore! The headlights were so oxidized that you could not even see the light bulbs. Paid $180 plus tip to wash exterior and detail interior including steam cleaning seats and carpets. One of his biggest selling points was that the car would be dry when we pick it up 4 hours later. It was soaking wet when picked up and wet for the next 3 days! The car smells so strongly of a cleaning product we keep the windows down as much as possible even a month after the cleaning. He never cleaned the two front seats, too lazy to easily remove the front seat covers. My daughter had to clean the dashboard when we got home. We have to get it professionally cleaned somewhere else now. We are very unhappy with the service. read more

I paid $200 for a wash and deep clean of my seats and inside of my car and I had very high expectations for the price I was being charged. Extremely over priced and I don't think I would go back again at all. He did do a good job cleaning my seats which was my main concern, there's still a little bit of stains but nothing compared to before. This is definitely a one time experience for me. I am sooo glad I came here instead. At first I have to admit, it looked a little sketchy. There was one guy sitting in a somewhat messy office by himself. What a waste of money and time. I've had better results from going to the car wash. I drive SF-LA-SF once a month and get bugs splattered on the bumper. I even paid extra for them to "polish" in addition to waxing. I sincerely doubt they polished based on the dead bugs still left on the paint. Lower body panels are still filthy - they barely got washed. Windows were hazy and streaky, too. I'm suspicious of these other, glowing reviews. read more

I stopped by this place on my way to Costco and talked with "Javier" about detailing my car. I ended up having him do a full detail; wash, polish, wax and interior detailing. He gave me a VERY good price so I made an appointment to drop my car off the next day. He did a great job. I have a 2006 Honda Accord and the clear coat had many swirls and a few "paint-transfers" scratches from other cars doors... He got all of them out and car looks almost brand new. I have gotten my car detailed multiple times and I don't mind paying a decent amount if my car will be left properly done. I took my car to this place because of the yelp reviews. Javier was very friendly and explained everything to me. When I went to pick up my car he informed me he only took cash or check. I never carry cash and I rarely carry my checkbook. Luckily today was a day I actually had it in my purse. I paid Javier and I left in a hurry as I had a prior engagement to attend to. I was very impressed with the cleaning of my seats. As I drove off I began to look around to see how well of a job was done(my bad I know, I should've checked it there). That's when I discovered that the rear view window had not been cleaned, the clock and the odometer area was still splashed with liquid. There was a soda stain on the driver side panel that was still there. When I arrived home and parked my car in the shade I was able to notice some white spots on the outside of the rear passenger side. At first I thought they must be permanent damage but then I started rubbing on some and realized they do come off. My rims were also left dirty. To top it off I gave a couple people a ride and I was so embarrassed when 2 of them told me that my seats were wet and when they got off they had stains on their buttocks. There are also a bunch of little spots missed but I would never finish if I include everything. It is just so frustrating to go to a place and expect what your being told you will receive and not get that. I give him 1 star for his friendliness and because my seats were cleaned just not properly dried which means they will end up getting dirty with peoples colored clothes when they sit. Disappointed. I guess sometimes men see a women and think we know nothing about cars. My text to Mr Javier Rodriguez(no response): Sr Javier estoy algo molesta por unos detalles que le hicieron falta a mi caro. Last weekend, my friend threw up in the backseat of my car after a party. He got it on the back of the front passenger seat, inside the seatbelt crevice, all on his door, and somehow it got on the back windshield. Awesome job and verrry reasonably priced compared to other 4 places I got quoted from. He buffed out some surfaces scratches and washed outside and detailed interior. Only reason 4 stars is that after getting the car home we noticed that there was a good bit of residual wax (or whatever is used to polish both exterior and interior?) in cracks and crevices around the car. Excellent job inside and out, including engine cleaning which we didn't expect as part of the service! I called to make an appointment and it was able to be done the next day. We purchased a 2015 car from a private party in a rural area. Although the car was in perfect condition it smelled like a barnyard inside! I recently bought a used 15 Chevy impala grey color, it came with a few scratches, scuff and swirls. I came to Rodriguez Professional Auto Detailing based on his reviews, and I wasn't one bit disappointed. My car is a 2001 Subaru Outback which I purchased in 2002, used. It had not been thoroughly cleaned and waxed in 16 years and when Mr. Rodriguez finished detailing it was GORGEOUS. Honest, thorough and a person with the highest standards of excellence, the completed job was what I had hoped for and more. I have COPD with emphysema and besides having a hard time breathing, my lungs struggle with many kinds of fragrances and chemical odors. I knew that I would not be able to tolerate the smell of cleaning products. I explained this problem to Mr. Rodriguez and he modified his approach so as to leave virtually no residual smell from any of the interior cleaning products he used. I took our 1994 Mercedes Benz SL500 roadster/convertible to Mr. Rodriguez after it had been in the custody of my Daughter for the past few years (we live in Texas and gave the car to her when her previous junker gave up the ghost). When I took it in to this detail shop, we had just gotten the car back from the Mercedes dealership after a transmission replacement. The car was frankly, FILTHY. the leather and tan carpeting throughout was grimy and dirty, the paint was dulled and it look like it was ready to be driven to the junk yard and used for parts. One day in this small detail shop and it looked like it was new off of the showroom floor. My thanks to Mr. Rodriguez for his professionalism and expertise in restoring both the lustre of the paint and the appearance of everything inside of the car, including the expensive wood trim on the doors and center console, all carpeting, leather seats and inside trim throughout. Javier did a GREAT job on my car. To lay the scene for you... Have you seen the movie Turner and Hooch? Yeah. I have the same type of dog. He's 150 pounds, has huge paws that carry a lot of mud, and drools. A lot. Then he shakes his head and drool flies to the ceiling, windows... You get it. My car was so gross that I was embarrassed to take it in. But, Javier was professional and didn't bat an eye. I Barely recognized my car when I picked it up! Javier also dropped me off and then picked me up when the car was done, which was so helpful!
