We started calling around with no one willing or capable in our first five calls. My brother in-law got a hold of Darren who said he would check on it on Sunday if we could get it to shop. We got a call back on Sunday for a heads up on the job...that's his day off. After they pushed back or reschedule other jobs for us (traveling) they started Monday morning and we had our car back on Tuesday morning. Nice. I would have normally taken my vehicle to my dealership, but I've lost all faith in the Service Dept., and the Tech in mis diagnosing causing me several hundred more dollars, as well as taking it elsewhere to find out it was just a bad battery and not the starter which the dealer missed and charged me for a new starter.
