This was as great an experience as one could have expected replacing a clutch. My clutch went out on a Saturday afternoon around 4:30ish. We started calling around with no one willing or capable in our first five calls. My brother in-law got a hold of Darren who said he would check on it on Sunday if we could get it to shop. We got a call back on Sunday for a heads up on the job...that's his day off. After they pushed back or reschedule other jobs for us (traveling) they started Monday morning and we had our car back on Tuesday morning. Nice. Kayla who answered the phones and worked the office was joy to deal with. We had all our questions answered and peace of mind getting back on the road. my car has been leaking for a bit now so I wanted to get it checked out, bc I noticed it kept getting more and more I called the spot and they told me to bring it in on Monday. Thats what I did and as soon as I got there they told me I had to come back in the afternoon. I'm a really reasonable person and I didn't mind that at all, bc there can always be a problem. The issue for me started when I came back and they told me there was some sort of miscommunication and I'd have to come back another day so I told them what day works and they promised me to take it in that day. I dropped it off 2 days later and they took it in without a problem. After a couple hours they called back and said they wouldn't have time for me bc they'd have to wash it and clean it and check exactly where the leak is. So now my question: isn't that what a shop is supposed to do? Sure there could be many reasons for the leak but that's exactly why I brought it in. For those guys to figure it out bc I can't. End of story I won't bother going here anymore, I really didn't like the service over all read more

I called because I thought maybe I should get my cars transmission replaced since I love it so much. The person I spoke with was so knowledgeable and honest. He said in his experience, cars of my year, make and model didn't have a track record of lasting much longer than I'd had the car. In his opinion it wouldn't make it more than two years if I replaced the transmission. I really appreciated that he didn't try to sell me something I didn't need. This is definitely my new repair shop I dropped off my F250 irritated and aggravated that I was having issues with my truck that I had just put new tires on I didn't have an appointment I thought I was having transmission problems but after Tracy drove it he said it wasn't it just needed a tune up and coil boots he could have easily said the tranny needed to be rebuilt or that I needed all new coils not just the boots which would have been way more expensive but they were honest and only did what needed to be done now my truck is like brand new if you need a honest and reliable repair shop this is the place they came recommended from a friend who's friend recommended them to him. read more

Where should I start, How about the awesome customer service I was provided with such nice fanatic professional crew. I took in my 99 Chevrolet Suburban, thinking it may be my engine gong out, keep in mind I had went to many other shops that kept giving me the run around and where very over priced. The owner Darren came out turned on my truck and knew immediately what was going on, so it turned out to be my fly wheel AkA fifth wheel going out. Owner Darren told me the price and how long it would take. I brought my truck in to get it fix it only took one day when other shops where telling me it could take up to a day are too and at a way higher rate. As Darren and his crew where fixing my truck they saw that my starter was going out, so they found me one and replaced it at an awesome price. Darren also told me i had a really bad exhaust leak and recommended me to an awesome muffler shop. I highly recommended this shop to anyone who doesn't want to get taken advantage of and pay way more then you should.
