They scheduled to come out the following morning. Mustafa called my mom and let her know his ETA, called when he was close to the house & had no issue assisting us in this pickle. He showed up, on time with a smile and a great attitude. He was friendly and cheerful the entire time. He was able to get the car off the retaining wall without any damage (and I told him I didn't care if we hurt the bumper or side panel as long as we got it free) and helped get it up out steep driveway. We called a couple of towing services, I even tried AAA and they were non-responsive. I called Johnny at KB. He looked the situation over and towed us from Tracy to Walnut Creek. This was late at night and we were just happy to be home He took extra time to make sure he didn't scratch the bottom of the car or any parts of the car. I drive a 2023 Camero the front bumper was scraped underneath and there is many scratches on the bottom driver side near both tires also scratch on my passenger side near my rear view mirror.
