They got me in immediately, then came back 5 minutes later to tell me the repair was more difficult than usual, but that they would try. I don't do much driving so it was pretty disappointing to wake up to a flat tire. I mean I get that it's not their fault but I called them and he said that he would see what we could do, he sounded sentimental to the situation. I get there, he takes off the tire, does a water test and says there's a leak. He says he can patch for $10 but I didn't have the cash on me. I went ahead and asked how much a new set would be, thinking it wouldn't be too bad. He said... $440. These tires are just 215/55r17 not some heavy duty truck tires. My mom even got a new set on her suburban for only $400 installed and those are some big tires. Once I said I didn't want the tires he complained about having him work. He said he would help with the tire in the first place.
