He lifted my truck then decided to make phone calls, order tires for another customer, received a shipment from a vendor and then spoke bad about him to me. All this while i was waiting for my tire to be replaced. I brought in my own tire and he seemed confused as how to use the machine. After all this he charged me 30 dollars because my tire was a 24 inch. Who charges by the size of the tire? The guy is a joke. Go down a couple of feet for a better tire service and better prices.

It came in on a Tuesday a week before Thanksgiving .. Thanksgiving week car still in the shop yes they kept my car the whole week of Thanksgiving and now this is the week after Thanksgiving and they still have my car. Would you like to know why? Because they had been trying to convince the warranty company that I needed a new transmission. The mechanic shop was telling me one thing, but the warranty company had clearly told me another. When the warranty company clearly told them that I did not need a new transmission It put me in a predicament of having the warranty company to question me and the value of my car. The fact that the mechanics try to play in my face was absolutely diabolical . And I knew that there was something going on, I went up to the mechanic shop and called the warranty company and had everybody on the phone at once and I heard everything. The mechanic shop tried to convince me that I needed a new transmission as well. Because the mechanic shop told me that they were willing to fix whatever it was that the warranty company approved and how they on my side and how they have my best interest at heart. FULL OF MESS But when I called the warranty company and got the warranty company on the phone they told me the mechanic shop had a transmission on the ticket and not the actual part that the warranty would approve for my actual problem. I WAS PISSED !!!!!!! Now here it is Monday and he tells me that my car will be ready Tuesday EVENING They got the part in and it's gonna take them another 24 hours to give it to me.

They have little to no customer service in this store, the workers here are very rude, dull and not…read morehelpful at all. And the worst part is they have no knowledge of what they are selling but yet they claim to have used almost every product and immediately argue that its the best. I tried to buy a castle nut for the axle of my car, but they couldn't find it so they tried to sell me the entire axle. I explained to them that I had just lost the nut while I was doing transmission work on my car so thats all I needed. So she tried to get smart and said well since your car needed transmission work your going to need the axles anyways. But all I had done was replace a worn transmission mount, there was nothing wrong with the drivetrain. Frustrated she left to talk to her manager and they both came back and straight up tolled me they don't have the part separate only if I buy the axle. I went to Tractor Supply down the road and found it for $1.98. Please take your business elsewhere, at least someplace where its appreciated and the employees have knowledge of what they are selling.

There are windows where you can see your car, the workers, and everything is transparent. In the last k could see employees acting unprofessional, but everyone working this day was efficient, professional, and highly skilled At checkout I presented a coupon, but it was no longer valid. The staff member quickly looked up a discount code on their computer and marked my service down to more than I was going to get with my coupon. I was going to have to comeback for additional work an they quoted me, offered an additional discount, and quoted me an approximate time The services were provided in a skillful and timely manner for an affordable price. Again, I don't usually have a reason to report service at an auto shop, but I feel like the staff here treated me like a valued customer, and I really appreciated it. Some tips: Look online for valid coupons to use on oil changes and/or other services. If you don't want to wait in their lobby you can walk next door to the CVS to browse while you wait. If they need to do additional work and you're hesitant they will often try to offer some sort of discount, and it never hurts to ask if they are aware of any deals or promotions Cheers!!

Mind you, I came to the store to just get a tire checked. While I was there, I was offerred new windshield wipers to install. The price was comparable to getting them from the part store, so I opted to have it done. It was raining that day and when I received my vehicle I did notice a red object on the driver side wiper, but I thought this was part of its design. It was raining pretty hard, so I couldn't compare until two days later whe I kept noticing that the driver wiper was dragging. I honestly thought that maybe they installed some old wipers because that's the sound the wipers make when they're used up. Upon inspection, I discovered that the wiper still had the red plastic cover on it, which was causing the noise. Once I took it off, the wiper worked fine but goodness, I really felt the store made an huge oversight that could have damaged my windshield. I shared all this in the store's survey feedback over a week ago, but no one has called or sent communication on how they will resolve avoiding this oversight in the future. Stick to Tires DT if you're overwhelmed and too busy to take a piece of plastic off some wipers. Once more, to ask for feedback and do nothing to address the disatisfaction of a customer is useless to do. Stop it.

They also pointed out that my tires were starting to bald which made sense since I was almost at 50k miles and was due for a new set. My original plan was to have Mercedes replace them, but after talking with the technician, we both agreed it probably wasn't safe to drive any farther. I decided to replace all four tires on the spot, and the price was actually a little less than what I would've paid at the dealership. I appreciated how much they genuinely cared about my safety instead of making a sale. despite being very busy, they had all four tires replaced in about 45 minutes. I'll definitely be coming back for any tire needs or minor issues in the future. Great service!
