Matt was very knowledgeable of our landscape and provided good recommendations. 8-10 guys showed up on time and did not mess around. The trimmed 4 larger trees, 3 queen palms and removed some smaller to mid size trees/bushes. It took them 3 hours and they did a fantastic job cleaning up. Rick came to give an estimate on time and was very knowledgeable about the kind of trees we have and how they should be trimmed. We came to an agreement on price that seemed very reasonable to me. We agreed on a date within a week. He and his crew showed up right on time (actually a little early, but he texted to let me know) and did a great job topping and trimming our trees. When Alex responded so quickly and professionally when I needed a quote for removing my large jacaranda tree, I knew this was the company for me. (My HOA also uses their services.) They ended up with their bid being about $50 less than a competitor, and they even added in a little extra tree-trimming on a tree behind my property--for free! Additionally I appreciated that their estimate gave me the option to choose to not have the stump removed for a lower price. On the day of tree removal they showed up right on time. They did an excellent job and were highly efficient--not only doing outstanding cleanup, but replacing various pots and outdoor shelving which had to be moved for the job. They are licensed and bonded which was important to me, because the tree was very close to my home and had also grown over two large sections of fencing. They worked around these obstacles so easily! Finally, it is obvious that this family-owned business (which was started by their grandfather) takes great pride in going above and beyond in terms of service, skill, and professionalism. Great experience, had a forty foot willow in our front yard fall over during recent weekend storm. called rods at 1 a.m. after I received a call from my neighbors who let us know that our beautiful tree was now on its side on top of their car. rod called me back personally at 1:10 a. m. ( yes 1:10 a.m.) he said he would have a crew at our house at 7 sharp. crew showed up at seven sharp in the rain and had our tree off of our neighbors car within two hours. great service! thanks rod and crew. My Mother-in-law has a gigantic Pepper Tree in her backyard, which she loves, it had become overgrown. The guys sculpted the tree where it looks still majestic and beautiful. What impressed me not only with their skills of trimming and pruning the Pepper Tree, was that everyone was Arborist, their knowledge on trees made me feel good.
