Now remember this is a boutique and not a large department store. The ladies who work in this location literally ignored each person who came there to shop but as soon as another race walked in the hello's, welcomes, may I help you opening lines seem to be in abundance... This has been tested a few times now and it is sad. I would have loved to give this location 5 stars but management really needs to speak with their customer service workers on how to provide service to everyone and not just who they prefer. Another customer asked about the ornaments and while they were sold out currently, another shipment was arriving and there was a hold list. The shop is beautiful and has so much to offer! I made three loops in hopes I was able to look at everything, trying to think through the few remaining people on my gift list. While I did not find anything for those on my list, I found the most beautiful Georgia Tech ornament for a sweet friend who always surprises me with Auburn gifts. I was even offered complimentary gift wrapping when I purchased. I received a call back the same afternoon when the Braves ornaments were in. I wasn't able to return same day but when I did the ornaments were bagged and waiting for me. I even added two more Braves ornaments to my purchases from the same supplier. I'm so glad I was introduced to Mud Creek Market. I will definitely return!

I received one in-home consultation to discuss whole-house remodel to include wallpaper, paint, furniture and art. I was referred to a painter, who I did hire,( although a paint choice by designer for one room clashed drastically with existing trim-we had discussed this prior-and I had to eat the cost and have it repainted.) After leaving several messages with the design assistant to schedule follow-up for product selection and layout, my calls were never returned and I never received the promised design plan or follow-up meeting.
