I would not recommend using this service unless you are content with paying a very generous "consulting fee" only to never hear back from the designer. I received one in-home consultation to discuss whole-house remodel to include wallpaper, paint, furniture and art. I was referred to a painter, who I did hire,( although a paint choice by designer for one room clashed drastically with existing trim-we had discussed this prior-and I had to eat the cost and have it repainted.) After leaving several messages with the design assistant to schedule follow-up for product selection and layout, my calls were never returned and I never received the promised design plan or follow-up meeting.
