From the initial contact, I could sense the world difference. Foxtrot has made every step so much clearer and easier. Of course, you can try to deal with a lender directly, but I assure it's so much easier to use a competent broker like Foxtrot--it took a lot of stress away from you and whenever you need clarification/explanation, Foxtrot officer is there for you. We've only worked with Chris, I'm sure everyone working at Foxtrot is equally good. The rate we got via Foxtrot is way better than what Wells Fargo and the original broker quoted us, and the response speed you get from Foxtrot is unparalleled.
