I don't recall what he did wrong that time it was many yrs ago! The second time we needed roofing my husband decided we were going with him again. This time oh boy, where do I start... First there was moldy wood they had to take down & replace. They did take the wood down, but put it up where I guess they thought we wouldn't see. We called Ed & told him they used our moldy wood on the new roofing project. He wanted proof! We told him to come & we would show him. When he came & we showed him he seemed shocked. He made them replace the wood. Well that only caused a lot more problems. His workers were passed at us. They threw nails all over the ground. They purposely cut up big sheets of wood into small pieces so they could keep the scrap, as in the contract. They left off the facia in places, and behind our garage is a smaller attached building and they didn't touch the roof. We paid for the whole thing to be roofed. I strongly suggest u do not use this company. Honestly Ed is a nice guy. But, the crew should never work on any roof.

We initially called them out to repair a roof leak after discovering a few broken roof tiles around and below our solar panels. Based on the visible damage, it appeared that area was the source of the leak. After the repairs were completed, we experienced another significant rainstorm and unfortunately discovered the leak was still present. When I contacted Heritage Roofing Solutions, Johnny immediately stood behind his work. Once I had the solar panels removed to allow full access to the roof, Johnny returned and thoroughly inspected the area.
