Photos started and he scolded us to put our phones away to not take photos as it's "his job". He took a few pictures that were satisfactory at best. He then would change the props and toss the others around like he was throwing garbage. He was short with our kids and with us as we tried to navigate taking photos. Once we were finished he went to the back to get the photos loaded. When he showed us the 10 or so on the screen, maybe 4 were actually decent.. super disappointed!! The packages were super expensive and limited. I went to pay and the machine asked to tip this man!!! I gave him 5% to be kind but it's now the next morning and I am still upset at how this man talked to us and treated me during this situation!! I have complained on the company site and hope to hear back soon. I will not be returning and this man should be fired. If you can't be kind go work somewhere else. She knew exactly how to swaddle and pose him, while Steve was a true artisan with the camera. Steve captured the most expressive shots at all the right angles. Beverly and Steve were also very receptive to our requests! My husband is a rock climber, so we wanted to create a couple of newborn pictures that included his climbing gear. Beverly made it come together so beautifully! Steve and Beverly were also patient and kind about newborn messes (spraying during diaper changes, spit up after feeding, etc.). They've seen it all (they are parents themselves), and the mess doesn't faze them. In addition, they gave some great advice to ease my anxieties as a first-time mom. You will jave to wait in the seats provided outside. We arrived at 4pm; Stephanie, the photographer, was attending a client at the time. There's a Hispanic man sitting outside advertising the place. He told us we will be attended in a few minutes; those minutes turned into an hour. Stephanie was running late however, she totally made it up to us. I was very reluctant, but he said he'd give me a good deal and persuaded me. As we got in, i found that studio is so HOT. Sweating with no air type hot. You and your baby will be so uncomfortable. The poses he took were alright. Nothing spectacular and a little mediocre, but I decided to buy the small package anyways, (after all we just took the most uncomfortable hour ever to shoot them.) He gave me my pickup date and said you'd be in and out in 5 minutes....that was so very wrong. When I went to pick up the photos today, I wasn't even greeted, waited 10 minutes to finally be ackowledged and was told I had to wait another 30 minutes just to have my photos handed to me. When I told the lady who had so rudely spoken to me I unfortunately couldn't wait, she gave me attitude and completely ignored me from there. I was informed by the only other employee working there that she was the manager and I would just have to wait. Naturally I was upset. I paid 170$ for photos that were supposed to be ready when I arrived, and I was treated horribly. As an upset customer, the "manager" handled the situation with the worst customer service and attitude. The whole situation just escalated from there, simply because of her rude answer to a paying customer. I was apalled. I felt like once they had your money, you were disposable. When I just finally asked for a refund she finally gave me my photos. Nevertheless, save your time and money, and avoid a horrible experience. The photos are not worth it....Sears does a better job.
