We decided to pull into this dealership that had a self charging station, which when it was time to charge the car, we realized we didn't have the correct adapter and as we were just about to get into our car to leave because of how frustrated we were, this sweet gentleman pulled around in a truck asking if we were okay. The sweet gentleman named Kelly ended up being one of the GMs who said we looked like we were struggling and just wanted to help in whatever way he could He ended up going into his dealership, and after a few minutes brought an adapter out for our tesla that would be compatible with the blink charger. After 40 minutes, we were able to be on about our way to Dallas. S/O to him and this dealership for having a blink charge box set up. Kellys kindness and the charger completely saved us!!!

Dear Service Manager,…read more I am writing to formally express my frustration and disappointment regarding the service I received from the service department at Monken's Automotive. I brought my vehicle in for repair on March 20th because it was having issues shifting properly and struggling to accelerate. My father is currently on hospice, so having reliable transportation is extremely important for me right now so that I can travel to see him during this difficult time. Last week I received a call from your service department informing me that my vehicle was finished and ready for pickup. However, the moment I put the vehicle in drive, it immediately began jerking, struggling to move, and failing to shift correctly -- the exact same issue I originally brought it in to have repaired. I immediately returned to the service department and asked if anyone had actually test-driven my vehicle before calling me to pick it up. Ethan informed me that the vehicle did not have enough gas for a test drive. However, the vehicle still had approximately 40 miles of fuel remaining. Regardless, anyone moving the car from the service area to the parking lot should have been able to recognize that the transmission was not shifting properly. Despite the repair not resolving the issue, I was still charged $900. As of today, I am still without a properly functioning vehicle during an extremely difficult time in my life when I need it most. This situation is unacceptable. I trusted your service department to properly diagnose and repair my vehicle. Instead, I was charged a significant amount of money and given back a vehicle with the same unresolved problem. I am respectfully requesting that management review this situation immediately and provide a resolution. At this point, I believe it is reasonable to request either a proper repair at no additional cost or reimbursement for the $900 charge, given that the original issue was not resolved. I was visiting from out of town and my GMC Acadia started throwing codes and was having temp…read moreissues. I pulled into the service area for United and was greeted by 3 very friendly folks. They looked at my car and had a tech out to quickly diagnose it. They jumped in and fit my car in for repair right away. Within 3 hours, it was fixed and I was able to get back on the road back to Kansas City. Based on this first impression and good experience with them, I would absolutely recommend the service department at United. Big thanks to them for not throwing a wrench in my travel plans (pun absolutely intended).

The tail light has a hole in it and had water just sitting in it. After about a week, the car stopped working. I called the guy who sold it to me and he came and got it and I paid for a new fuel pump. The same day I got the car back it died on me in my friends drive way and didn't start for an hour. I let him know and he said he would come get it and he didn't so I called him the next week and again told me he was gonna come get it and he didn't come get the car for those 2 weeks. I finally drove it down to him to fix and left it for about another week so now it's been a month and the car only worked for one week. He said he drove it and it didn't have any problem but once I got it back it started? I'm scrapping the car bc no one should have to deal with this. Go to someone else

I looked up local repair shops and saw Average Joe had great reviews. I called ahead and Joe pretty much had it figured out before my son even got his car there. He fixed it in no time and charged what I thought was a fair price. If my son has any other issues with his car while he's at school, I'm definitely sending him back to Average Joe.
