Took my car to rodger marion thinking that was the best choice, I told them my car needed brakes seeing as it's squeaky and a somewhat bumpy when braking and an oil change -- oh and an alignment which they didn't do. They charged me 125 to simply look at my brakes and told me they drove my car and that they were fine and clearly they didn't because my brakes are still squeaky. Along with that they changed all my spark plugs, and i am well aware my car wouldn't run if all of them were bad. and to add to that how would it take a hour and a half to unscrew a plug and screw another one on. Maybe i were doing it myself it would take that long, but not for people who do that as their profession. They did not call and give me any information of what they were doing to my car before doing so. Just handed me a $400 bill for nothing when I arrived. I thought he was a nice man maybe like a grandpa or something but I will not be going back here. read more

Roger Marion Automotive was extremely helpful. They never gave up on fixing my 1970 chevy pick up truck that needed a new motor. They went out of their way calling places and driving all over town for the exact right parts for my truck. I couldn't have asked better service. Do not use Roger Marion's Automotive Service. They practice unethical behavior. Last week, we took my car in to have the catalytic converter serviced. A couple days later, we saw someone driving what looked like my car. Turns out, Roger Marion had lent my car to another customer as a loaner car without my permission. The paperwork clearly states that ONLY employees are allowed to drive cars for service related reasons. When we confronted Roger about the problem, he acted as though he knew he had been caught, and instead of admitting it, tried to justify himself. We are very disappointed as we have been loyal customers for 10 years. read more

The mechanics are great, and Roger is very kind and patient. I brought my car here for a mysterious electrical issue. They kept working on it until it was done, and it was still affordable! They didn't try to sell me a bunch of things to fix on my car too (which I've gotten from Firestone and places like that). read more

This was the worst car experience I have ever had. Our car broke down and we had it towed here. We were told it would be 6 days until they received the part. When we called Tuesday to follow up they said it would t be done until Wednesday or Thursday. So we call Thursday and they had ordered the wrong part and told us it would be ready Friday. Well it wasn't done until Saturday afternoon. They never called to follow up with us. We always called them. Whenever we asked for a time frame they always said they didn't know and were very unprofessional. We will never come here again. read more

This is an excellent repair facilty. Office staff is knowledable and polite. I will be going back for future automotive needs. I went in for a check engine light a year ago, diagnosed a cylinder misfire. Haven't had no problems since. Recently had brakes done and I notice the quality of the repair. If I could give zero stars I would. Don't ever go to Roger Marion Automotive on 1636 Lewisville Clemmons Rd, Clemmons, NC LLP27012. We brought in our jeep on April 8 2019 and we just got it back this August a week ago. Literally the worst automotive place imaginable with every excuse under the sun for why they take forever to get something done. They are careless, indifferent, lazy and irresponsible. We got new doors for our jeep and they left them out in the rain twice and I had to call to make sure they put them inside, they forgot to re-key the doors, apparently don't know how to put doors on worth a damn because we can see daylight and rain comes through. They promise to call back and never do. They can never give you any kind of information about pricing and worst of all every other week you get told your vehicle is ready and then it isn't. We asked them to change the doors, change the cv boots and do some work on the transmission... and after almost 5 months... things that were working before we gave it to them are now not working, cv boots weren't done even though I told them 3 times, doors weren't put on properly... I have never had such a god awful experience. I honestly have no clue how this damn place is still in business. read more

Got to be the best auto repair facility in Forsyth county. I broke down on the road enroute to their shop ( which was after hours), and Mr. Marion offered to come and get me. I had to leave my vehicle in yadkinville so the shop arrange for towing to their shop. My vehicle was picked up and was being repaired by 9:00 the following morning. read more

I have taken my cars to Roger Marion for several years now with excellent results. I had an older Maxima that I took to Roger after going to 2 other shops with no results. Roger made an initial repair that was partially successful. I took it back and they continued to work on the car, several times, with no further charge. In the end they got it right and I saved a heck of a lot of money. Roger is honest, knowledgeable and his rates are low. What more can you ask from you car mechanic? read more

The worst repair shop ever! These guys are crooks and liars and did a horrible job. Took my car in for a simple oil change. They called and told me the oil pan nut was stripped and I needed a whole new oil pan. They claimed it was that way when I brought it in. Since the last oil change had been done at a different shop and because Roger Marion came recommended from a friend I believed them. I had no choice but to pay to have it fixed. When I brought it home I noticed an oily liquid on my garage floor so took it back up there. I figured it was just spilled oil dripping down after the engine cooled but wanted to make sure. Then they said it was my CV boots - suddenly they were cracked and leaking when I had never had any issue with the car before. Again no choice but to have it fixed. One month later the car is making a horrible noise, so I take it back. This time they say the timing belt is shot and I was told I was lucky to make it in. $700 later I pick the car up and on the way home it is making a horrible racket. Not the same noise but just as bad. I turn around and go back and ask for an explanation. The mechanic says it is the power steering pump and he noticed it was loud when he parked the car after replacing the timing belt. So why didn't he tell me this before I drove off? He then tells me it is unrelated to the work they did. Sounded sketchy since the car was great before I took it to them so I pushed back but they insisted they didn't touch the power steering pump. I left unsatisfied and determined to find a good mechanic. Upon doing some research and talking to multiple mechanics I found out is IMPOSSIBLE to change the timing belt without removing the power steering pump. Liars! I called them on it and said I wanted it fixed at no charge. The mechanic admitted he had moved the pump but the owner simply said he wouldn't stand behind it and didn't want to do business with me anymore. What a thief!! Absolutely the worst experience ever. I firmly believe they caused all the issues with my car including stripping the oil pan nut. Can't say if they did it purposefully or just completely inept but the result is the same. Sad! read more
