A week into my loan he assured me everything they needed for the loan was in and the only thing we needed to do was draw loan docs. As a former mortgage broker I knew this could not be the case because I had not signed one disclosure. Not one! This poor man's inexperience was deafening but I figured we would fix it later we had plenty of time. I continued to ask for my loan commitment and they would not provide it. They absolutely would not communicate with the escrow company and heaped lie upon lie throughout the whole process. So the time came when we needed to close the deal and this is when the real fun began. I don't want to bore you with all the inept ways this company literally offered to do things absolutely out of their legal right to operate. Like: get me an extension from escrow on my deal because they were not performing, another one is, one the principles of the company tried to open escrow on this deal at another escrow company randomly, and of course the escrow company immediately called the agents involved to ask her what in the world is this guy doing..??? Lol. This company had this deal for about 35 days and I never signed one disclosure and we were not any closer to closing the deal than we were on day one. In the mean time I obviously knew something was bad wrong so I jumped lenders and had loan docs in 2 days and funded on day 3 with the new company. PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOR!!!!
