I went to Fernando in June of 2019 hoping I'd get results within 6 months like he said. At first it seemed like the right choice, but as months went by my credit score got worse instead of getting better. He advised to leave one specific account as it was and that he would work on it a few months later..... well a few months later he suggested I just pay it off (but yet he advertises not to pay old debt). 9 months later I decided to just try and work it out on my own and to my surprise, my score keeps getting better and better ( even during this pandemic). I understand that every case is different, but if there are red flags from the get go, I would appreciate some honesty instead of dragging it for over a year with "let's wait and see" every month. At this point I'm better off on my own, but a refund would be nice even if it's partial since I am doing all the hard work. Update: After my recent review, this is the type of service I get and apparently the type of service most people will get. Did I get a discount? Yes, because a "promotional discount" was offered at the time, not because I asked for one. Did he remove 75% of my debt? I'd say more like 50%, but either way as a truck driver ( and I'm sure it'll apply to any type of work) 75% is not good enough, even at a discounted price. I got in touch with Fernando in the beginning of March 2020 . I was planning on buying my first house in the summer of 2020 . Fernando was honest on telling me I didn't have bad credit , but I did needed to add history to my credit . Fernando told me a couple tips on how to do it and what needed to be done and I agreed . Covid-19 hit by the end of March 2020 my business was closed for 3 months. I reached back to Fernando to figure out what we can do to get back on track and why the Inquiries on my credit were not erased yet , since I had payed the full amount in March . I never got a call back from Fernando ever again and didn't reply to my text on his cell phone or Facebook . I payed Fernando over 2k and nothing was done on my credit . I'm also a business owner and I know Covid-19 hit small business really hard , but I also understand that Customers are first priority when it comes to replying on a timely manner. Decided to give Fernando a shot last year , I followed him on Facebook for years . Everything was great the first two months and then after that crickets.... He was able to delete $2,244 in debt in the first round . I paid in full $775 for a whole year of service and he didn't deliver. Sorry for the long read, but please read before signing up with this guy. What a shitty experience.  I first heard about Fernando through Tony and Maribel's Instagram page advocating Fernando and his services.  I decided to take their advice and give him a try. At first he was very responsive. We went over my credit profile and after reviewing he said it would be $750. Mind you, I did have a lot of items in collection.  23 items total, 17 with Kaiser for medical bills and 6 others with various companies over the years. He said he was positive he could get me the results I was looking for and get these all off of my credit report.  After a couple months I saw 2 items removed and after that absolutely nothing. He never called with progress reports like he promised and trying to reach him was like pulling teeth. One day I finally got a hold of him and he said to start booking progress appointments through Calendly so I did. That didn't help either as every appointment he was a no show. The he started with excuses days later as to why he no showed our appointments. He wasn't feeling well, he had to help his relatives move etc. But 0 communication beforehand. I have the proof of this in text messages. I realized now this guy just scams people. I took matters in my own hands and contacted the BBB for my 17 Kaiser collections and through a direct dispute with them and the company I was able to get all 17 wiped off my credit reports. I told Fernando about it and he didn't believe me so I provided all of my correspondence with the BBB and the collection agency as proof that I did the work. My other collections pretty much all fell off as well due to the statute of limitations of 7 years and I had to show him this proof as well from the credit reports I pulled on my end. Towards the end of my year with him, because he literally did nothing, I asked for a refund, even partial to regain the money that was scammed from me and he declined. The funny thing is the 2 collections he helped remove at the beginning showed back up on my report a couple months after they were removed which I also had proof of and he had no answer as to how or why. The entire time I was working with him, whenever I could get ahold of him, it was always excuse after excuse. He blamed everything on the pandemic as to why things were dragging out which I now realize was a ploy to waste time and get more money. His communication skills are horrible. Even after my year ended I never heard from him again. Funny thing is he's always posting stuff on social media of screen shots saying these are his current results. They are literally screen shots of Credit Karma from Google. He even reposts screen shots of results from Credit Karma that he used previously saying they are new results. All it takes is a little research to see this guy is a scammer. I'm sure now that I wrote this he'll go through his posts and delete the repeats since I pointed it out. I even reached out to Tony and Maribel on Instagram asking them how well they know this guy and could they vouge for him. I briefly explained what was happening saying I heard about Fernando from them and all they said was to ask Fernando and then they blocked me. Guessing they're probably in on it too. I blame myself for not doing more research from the beginning.  I guarantee any reviews he has that are positive are from people he knows helping him out. Look at all his negative reviews too, they all tell a similar story. If you sign up with this guy, don't say I didnt warn you when you get scammed. UPDATE: This is in response to Fernando's comment below. You are a liar and I have all of the proof. The fact that you can sit here and say you removed 75% is an absolute joke and a flat out lie. Like for real, Fernando deserves more than 5 stars. This man gives people another shot at life. When I came to him I have a 450ish credit score with a lot of Oops on it. Now Im more than 200 points up. I've been able to put my cars loan under my name and get credit with my bank,Kohl's , target, capital one and more. He also gave me tips on how to maintain it. I honestly can't thank him enough. He's the Goat. My next goal is a home & I know with his help, it's within reach. I brought my momma to him , she also needed help. As of today December 7th 2020 NOTHING has been removed from my account. Let's see we're do I begin . I was very skeptical to hire a credit repair because I had heard they were all just a scam but after talking to Fernando I decided to give them a chance. In the beginning Fernando was professional and replied promptly to any questions I had but that soon stoped as soon as I hired him and made the payment after that he said I would see results in about 30-45 days we'll I signed up 1-24-2020 and it's now 8-5-2020 and I have not seen any increase in my score.
