I did a quick search and GA Barbershop popped up first--only 950 feet from my hotel. I gave them a call, asked if they were busy and if I could come in. "No problem," they said. When I got there, I met the owner, waited maybe two minutes, and then Moe called me over to his chair. From start to finish--what an awesome experience. The barber simply cut off almost all of my hair length, even though I clearly said I only wanted a very small trim. The whole time, she was chewing gum loudly with her mouth open right next to my ear, which was very uncomfortable. She handled my hair quite roughly, and in every movement it felt like she didn't care about what she was doing at all. There was no attention to detail or effort. At times, it even seemed like she was just pretending to work -- picking up tools and bringing them close to my head without actually doing anything meaningful. The final result is uneven and completely different from what I requested.
