When he didn't answer his phone at that time, I sent my grandson to the shop. He was not there, my chairs had not been touched. He may do good work, but don't know when or if I will know. When I talked to Michael the first time it was a week before Christmas. He was honest with me about when he could start the project(within one week) and offered me a very fair price(much more realistic than all of the other places I called). I was not very hopeful that we would be able to get the stain matched because it is a very unique tone and the sofa is completely fabric except for the wooden base and trim that we were re staining. Mike got the job done even faster than expected when my customer requested that it be done quickly. He delivered the piece without harm to the customers home, and he followed up with the customer and myself to make sure that everything was well(it looks absolutely beautiful). I am very impressed with Tradition Furniture Restoration and I am going to be putting the down as my companies main contact for furniture repair and restoration.

We were in need of upgrading sofa cushions that had softened over 5 years from regular use. We called ahead and the owner Cory had us come by his shop the same afternoon. We brought one of the five bottom cushions with us. Cory studied the cushion and then asked what we were expecting as far as firmness from the upgraded cushions. My wife and I explained to Cory what we were looking for and left the cushion at the shop. We returned the next morning with the other 4 cushions hoping the "test" cushion would be to our liking.
