The upper back support that goes across the back of the couch was broken, so it needed to be opened, the wood replaced and stitched back together. Not only did he not fix the broken piece of wood, he cut open the back of my couch with what looks like a serrated knife, he stapled it back together, and he colored it with a brown marker....my couch is grey. Upon completion he was asked if this was how he left other customers couches, and his reply was "yes, this was hard work". I could have gotten a kid from the play ground to a do a better job than this. Absolutely terrible experience, do yourself the favor and don't ever use this guy. He's a joke.
