We were looking at two different sets and the owner Juan was trying to sell us the more expensive set. I was skeptical because the door was missing on the top part of the washer (it was a dual washer and dual dryer set) so I questioned it but Juan plugged it it and promised that it worked. He said there was no water connected to it so he could've show me but guaranteed it would work. So we purchased this set from him. He also had explained he likes to help the community in need so if we want to donate out old set to his he could give it to a single mother with low income that is in need of a washer and dryer. So my husband rented a truck and went to pick up the set and told him after it was paid for and loaded on the truck that the top part will only work if we purchase a new door for $200. Now we just paid about $1700 for a set that her promised would work. I contacted Juan very upset that he lied to us. It was clear the conversation was going anywhere, so my husband spoke to him and he said he would take the door off another set he has there. (this set had a gas dryer so I couldn't exchange) I was fine with that. We go to do our first load of laundry and the bottom of the washer was great. Then when we went to switch the load to the dryer it would not work. It powered on but the drum was making a really load noise, it was off and not spinning right. The work took about 35 minutes and he had all necessary parts. He also cleaned out dryer from top to bottom. My dryer has NEVER sounded so quiet and smooth. Aleksei was friendly, worked efficiently and left our home clean. I would definitely call them again for any urgent needs.
