The most upsetting part was seeing our loved one. She looked nothing like herself. Her appearance seemed unnatural and, to me, it appeared that little effort had been made to restore her to the peaceful, recognizable appearance that the family expected when saying their final goodbye. It was heartbreaking and left many of us distressed. They announced the releasing of the doves. I have never seen a dove (singular) send off. If third-party vendors are being used for services like this, they should be properly vetted to ensure they deliver what families are promised. Considering the lack of quality of the services provided the pricing is excessive. During one of the most difficult times in a family's life, they deserve professionalism, compassion, and attention to detail. Unfortunately, that was not the experience. If you truly want your loved one to be honored with dignity and care, I cannot recommend this establishment based on what I witnessed.
