Called the agent and he did NOTHING to assist. Found out a claim was paid out to the other party only AFTER my invoice was due and sent out. I never got to explain what I was told about the incident because NOBODY called me despite my calls to them. No opportunity to discuss anything on my side. Complete incompetence and inexcusable. Needless to say the policy renewed automatically and I was charged for a policy for a home I no longer own. Not a great customer experience but I'm sure they do not care at all. I bought a new house in December and made several attempts to get a quote for a new policy and again no calls returned. I eventually spoke to someone named Breanne who told me someone would call me back to give me a quote. Again, no one ever called back. I completely understand the complications of running a business during the challenges of COVID-19, but what I cannot understand is how customer calls can go unacknowledged for months and absolutely no attention paid to customers trying to conduct business. Absolutely no customer service here. It is a mystery whether this office is even still in business. Absolutely deplorable customer experiences. Bill offered a sincere apology for the service received and an explanation of some difficult times in delivering their regular exemplary service. For example, when I bought a new car, the VIN number State Farm had was incorrect. It took having my registration canceled for me to solve the problem on my own. Here is the last straw: about two weeks ago, my purse was stolen from my car right in front of me while I was pumping gas. Nobody even answered my question about the process to get my home rekeyed and a new key for my car. Again, I did all the legwork and have yet to hear back as to the next steps for me to receive the compensation I'm entitled to. Insurance is gross; we all know that. Please have the professionalism to pretend like you care about your clients.
