I have been a long time customer. This year they have failed to provide Insurance coverage for my two apartment buildings. They have taken payment but failed to provide a policy. And have failed to provide proof of Insurance to the property lien holder (Chase Bank). They are now failing to return phone calls. Wow, I am so disappointed in these people. They have handled my insurance sine 2004. Auto, home, and an umbrella policy all through Nationwide. On Feb 10, 2012, called to add a ring as scheduled personal property to my homeowners policy. I emailed an appraisal and was told "I will handle it." Several weeks later I got the amended policy declaration only to find out they placed insurance on the ring that only covered it while in a bank vault. I called back at the beginning of March to straighten it out and was assured it would be corrected that day. Well, on March 23, 2012 I called Nationwide directly to ask a question about my auto policy. While on the phone with Nationwide I asked if the jewelry policy had been corrected. The company representative said the policy was still bank vault only coverage and that they had asked Rogers to provide the appraisal on February 10 and they made a second request March 10, never receiving a response. I was able to email the appraisal and get the coverage corrected by Nationwide on the spot. I called Rogers' this morning about 8:45. The person I was told I had to talk to was supposedly on the phone and would call me back. Well it's 4:30 pm and I still haven't heard from them. These folks are quick to handle your initial business and charge you a Broker's Fee to place your insurance, but their continued customer care, well not so good. I'll be looking for another broker Monday. read more

However, from then on, for about 2 weeks I did not receive any word from Robin when in fact I reached out to her on several occasions to ask for clarification on many items in the quote. Worst service ever. Before signing anything they are so helpful and nice but after you give them your $ they don't return your call. ALL the quotes are real good (to good to be true) later you will get a crazy bill for double the amount they quoted you.
