Heath the owner came the next day and looked over them. he told us what was wrong and what he would do. Two days later he gave us a quot. we excepted it. About three weeks later his company put both roofs on in one day. Our roofs look great. I had called another company beforehand and they could not get someone here for at least a month to check my roofs out. HTC Roofing does what they tell you when they tell you they will weather permitting.

The tech not only did the sweep, but he thoroughly explained everything what I needed and the process to start the fire such as purchasing kindling, when to open the chute, etc... I took down all of his notes and we pulled it off without a hitch (and no unwanted smoke). They always arrive within the time window they give when making the appointment. Usually, it's on the earlier end of the time frame given. Today was no different. Right on time and right to work. They wear shoe covers to protect the floor and carpets from dirt. They lay down cloth tarps at the entrance of the home and around the fireplace to keep everything clean. The techs are always super friendly, polite and informative. They do a fantastic job! We'll always used this company for our chimney cleaning. I definitely would recommend them.

So you are left to assume that their quote covers what you want done. I sent an e-mail to the worker who was out & provided the quote, but he never got back to me. Since I assumed that the job would be done as we desired, I agreed to the work. When they showed up for the job my wife was told that they would not do some of the repair work requested. The work they did do was OK, but it left a big gap between sections of our driveway. Shouldn't have been an issue as they were coming back to caulk the areas impacted by their work. The worker who finally did the caulking however would not do the area with the major "seam" between driveway sections that they repaired and asked for an additional $100 to do it. Even though it obviously needs done. So now I have to do the remaining caulking or what they did will be useless as water/etc will seep into the raised driveway area and the problems we've had will just be repeated. Not a happy customer.

A week after moving it was found that the pipes under the master bath were not secure and water damaged subfloor and first floor ceiling. When offered the chance to fix the issue to stand by his work he responded with "lol tell her to call a plumber." Now a few weeks later the entire first floor wall and windows need replaced because of missing flashing on the deck, the previous damage was just dry walled over and not disclosed. One of the toilets needs to be reset because it wobbles and ALL the faucets are loose, like he can't tighten a bolt.
