We did experience some frustrating communication issues with the manager after the installation regarding our thermostat replacement, as the wrong thermostat had initially been installed. However, the owner personally came to our home, installed the correct thermostat, sincerely apologized for the miscommunication, and assured us he would address the issues that led to it. That level of accountability meant a lot to us. The installation itself has been excellent, our new system is working great, and they were by far the most affordable company we received quotes from. Mistakes happen, but what matters is how a company responds when they do. In our case, the owner stood behind his work, made things right, and earned our trust. We have used Roger's Refrigeration off and on for maintenance to our unit for years. I have found them easy to reach and they are prompt in their response. I have MS and can't tolerate the South's heat and humidity without having a well working and cooling AC unit!! Most all MSers will quickly agree!! So, if our unit is working as it should, I am quick to notice it! Roger's has proven to be timely and efficient in getting it up and running at very reasonable cost! Had a new HVAC system installed in 2009. Roger's has done a great job of keeping our system in tip top shape. Bought the extended warranty at the time it was installed. Other than the cost of the spring and fall maintenance, the system hasn't cost us a cent. Sales, office staff and service technicians are all highly competent and professional.
