Good work installing our new Bryant heat pump. Roger's went the extra mile submitting our info with Covington Electric so that we could receive a rebate from our electric provider. Everything pertaining to our updated system was positive, so we give them 5 stars. read more

As a Alabama licensed home inspector we chose Roger's Refrigeration because of the quality of their installation that was noted throughout the area. Needless to say, after having two complete Bryant systems, including all new duct work, installed in our home in 2011,, we would still choose no other company to use, and we continue to do so. The Roger's team is unbelievably easy to work with and always there to help no matter what time of the day or night. Their workers are the most efficient and respectable people you can run into in any type business. During the installation of our units both Javis and Roger took time out of their busy work schedules to drive to Enterprise from Andalusia (1 hour each way) to meet with us and check on the quality of work going on and also ensured we were satisfied with the progress. They did this not only one time, but several throughout the week long installation. Enough of the fantastic installation. Now we will let you know about the quality follow on service. Roger's has fantastic service plans to choose from which will maintain your equipment, new or old, in top shape. Again, one phone call will amaze you. The staff at the office are very polite and remember me by name when I call. Their service technicians are on time, polite and explain everything in a way that you can understand. The quality of work is second to none. They offer better prices than most Enterprise, Al HVAC companies without the dishonesty. They will not only ensure your new unit is maintained they will take care of your older unit. As a licensed Alabama home inspector I have learned that they will also take care of you and your equipment if you are buying an older home. They also have service the best and affordable service plans for you existing units. Roger's Refrigeration & Electrical is by far one of the best companies we have ever dealt with, Bar None. Highly recommended, you will not be disappointed. read more

We recently had a new HVAC system installed by Roger's Refrigeration, and overall we've been pleased with our experience. We did experience some frustrating communication issues with the manager after the installation regarding our thermostat replacement, as the wrong thermostat had initially been installed. However, the owner personally came to our home, installed the correct thermostat, sincerely apologized for the miscommunication, and assured us he would address the issues that led to it. That level of accountability meant a lot to us. The installation itself has been excellent, our new system is working great, and they were by far the most affordable company we received quotes from. Mistakes happen, but what matters is how a company responds when they do. In our case, the owner stood behind his work, made things right, and earned our trust. We truly appreciate the professionalism and integrity he showed in resolving the situation and would confidently recommend Roger's Refrigeration. read more

We have used Roger's Refrigeration off and on for maintenance to our unit for years. I have found them easy to reach and they are prompt in their response. I have MS and can't tolerate the South's heat and humidity without having a well working and cooling AC unit!! Most all MSers will quickly agree!! So, if our unit is working as it should, I am quick to notice it! Roger's has proven to be timely and efficient in getting it up and running at very reasonable cost! They have been very kind and willing to work with us on the billing as well! They're good, honest, and reliable folks! :-)) read more

Had a new HVAC system installed in 2009. Roger's has done a great job of keeping our system in tip top shape. Bought the extended warranty at the time it was installed. Other than the cost of the spring and fall maintenance, the system hasn't cost us a cent. Sales, office staff and service technicians are all highly competent and professional. Would highly recommend for all your HVAC needs. read more

He's never let me down...on time and work is top notch…read more First meeting was when I contacted him back in 2000 about installing a geothermal system for me. Unlike other contractors I had give me a quote that simply looked at the house and threw a figure at me Mickey measured the interior of the house, asked questions regarding room usage, etc., and told me he would get me a quote in a couple of days. I ended up going with his quote even though another quote was below him...I'm glad I did as I've had personal experience with the work quality of the other company. In twenty years I've had to have two service trips on my geothermal system...once for ants in it and just recently when the blower motor went out. Again, on time and his work was top notch. I've had him install a used split-system on a mobile home we set up for my mother-in-law. This was right around the time the geothermal system was installed. Very satisfied with that *still* working split-system, too!!! And above all, he's a really good guy. He's stays busy but you'll do well to get him to do your work!
