It was dark, the truck's hazard lights weren't working, and we were right after a curve on a busy hwy. He knew the severity of HWY 126 and apologized when a crash occurred as he was heading to us, that his team needed to assist before getting to us. I am compelled to write this review because I am currently unable to retrieve my personal belongings from a trailer that was towed by this company. Context: In 2022 I bought a trailer in Florida before deploying to Syria as a US Defense Contractor. This trailer contained my entire life's possessions, including my wife's precious heirlooms. Injury: I was injured in a drone attack and subsequently returned home. Upon returning home I discovered that my trailer had been reported as "stolen" and impounded by Rogers Towing. Issue: The Oregon State Police (OSP) informed us that recovering our belongings is not their concern and that we must deal directly with Rogers Towing. Experience with Rogers Towing: Communication: Staff members are polite, but each interaction yields a different story or excuse about the status of the trailer. Resolution: It's imperative for Rogers Towing to do the right thing by releasing our personal property. Action: Until my belongings are released, I intend to maintain this 1-star review on all platforms and urge Rogers Towing to contact me for resolution. Request: If Rogers Towing resolves this issue, I would gladly upgrade this review to 5 stars. Please, Rogers Towing, contact me to arrange the retrieval of our property. read more

Rogers Towing has always been right there when I needed them, for dead battery, truck stuck in mud on my property, key locked in car, for anything I've ever needed. They are absolutely the best. Most of the time AAA pays, but the time I had them pull the truck on my private property they charged me a very nominal fee. Could not be better!! read more

I called AAA after a coolant leak leaving me on the side of I-5 150 miles from home. Then called my wife to bring my truck down to hook up to the trailer that I was towing with my car. It took my wife about 3hrs to arrive and just a few minutes later the tow company that showed up. It was Rogers Towing and Transport, the driver hooked my car in two spots on the rockers and begins to winch it up the rollback. The car was all the way to the top and the hooks pulled out ripping massive holes in the underside of my car. As it started rolling back down the ramp and then smashed into my truck that was parked with my wife and I in it. My wife yelled oh my goodness, and I asked if she was alright? She replied no I tensed up and my back hurts like I pulled something. The driver just stood there not knowing what to do I had to get out and move my car that had just smashed into my truck so I could get my truck out of the freeway and to a safe place, because at this point my trailer is over 12" in the lane. The driver stood there doing nothing! He then came to us and said his company would make everything right and gave us the office phone number. The car was to be taken to our family restaurant and keys left with the bar tender. Sunday morning came and my wife, kids and myself took the truck and trailer down to Oregon to go retrieve my car. Upon arrival I find my car had been left in a parking lot for 36hrs with the windows down and unlocked. Not only that the driver didn't leave the key for the car so I once again called Roger's and my whole family had to wait over 3 hrs for the worlds worst tow truck driver to bring my car key. Roger's told me I needed to take both my vehicles to a repair shop and get estimates for repair, so I had to take a day of work to do so and sent them the estimates and my lost wages for the day along with 250 dollars for the 3+ hrs my family had to sit in a parking lot because of Roger's. The total for damages is $9656.08 and with loss of wages for one day and compensation the total amount I found reasonable not taking into consideration of time I will be without vehicles, possible rental car cost, or suffering from muscle stain from accident came to $10,626.08 Roger's Towing owners for over 3 weeks have been giving me the runaround not wanting to go through their insurance but also not wanting to pay a fair and reasonable amount for compensation. The owners have never called me back after numerous attempts to talk with them all I get is other employees that can't answer questions or make decisions but offer ridiculous amounts that would only cover the cost of one vehicles damage. I have contacted AAA and was able to get their insurance information and will be filling a claim with them. After dealing with Roger's Towing and Transport all I can say is BEWARE!!! They are not about to take responsibility for their actions and the owners will not work with you. They are the lowest form of business. read more

These are the most awesome people on earth---I've had to use them, ahem, more times than I care to admit, to pull my car out of a ditch, to pull my lawn guy's truck out of the mud, to open locked car doors. There are not enough words to say how impressed we were with the service we received from Dylan from Roger's Towing. He was absolutely our hero tonight. Our Tesla got a flat tire and we were stranded on the side of the highway. Not only did Dylan show up within minutes of our call, he rescued us, our car and our two dogs! We had called Walmart who said they had the right tires but when we got there (at closing) they did not. Dylan helped us find a Les Schwab that could help, bought us there and then dropped us off at a hotel where we needed to spend the night. He was unbelievably kind, cheerful and professional. Roger's towed our street bike from Cheshire to Springfield today. We were told he would be there in an hour. 45 min later we arrived and the driver was almost done loading the bike. Now that was fast service. The driver was professional and friendly. Will keep these guys at the top of the list for any future towing needs. read more

When stopping to take dispatch notes they have no problem parking in handicapped spots. Sounds like a tow company that needs their vehicle towed and impounded to me. It's illegal to park in a handicapped spot without a handicapped parking tag. read more

The extra fees and charges are ridiculous! By the time they were done with me a short tow in town was hundreds of dollars! Never again.

Terrible drivers, cut you off in traffic and they don't care about anyone else on the road. Never use them, there's too many other tow company's with a good name out there. read more
