They took the time to explain the circumstances and charges to me and explained the process to get the city to review the circumstances for the tow. My car didn't start off the lot, but they helped me jump it for no extra charge. I think tow companies get a bad rap because they're the representatives of harsh overreach, but from my encounter with these folks, the people at Webfoot are straight shooters. $335 for the municipal tow. 4 stars for the people, not for the city.

The gentleman that was sent to help me arrived when he said he would, within 20 minutes of my request. He was knowledgeable, courteous, and very helpful. He got my car started with a jump and told me the existing battery was extremely old and would probably need to be replaced. My car was purchased in 2013 and still had the original battery. He got me a new battery, met me where I had some shopping to do, installed it, and I was back on the road within an hour from the time he first arrived. I hope I never need to call for roadside assistance again, but if I do, I will request JB's Roadside Assistance!
