Our family just bought a house ( in the winter Dec 2025) this last Friday ( March 2026) it was hot…read morewent to turn on AC and it was no good the entire system gone leaked no good. ( I guess in the winter it can't be checked over the inspector who did our home said this to us. However it was a 20 year old system and you actually can check it by taking a panel off guessing it wasn't done. ( We're new to this) Anyway we called All Klear, came out right away checked it explained things clearly to us they were absolutely kind not pushy and that was a Monday, this last Monday the 23rd of March. Today is the 25th of March and they are putting an entire new system in. Thank you to this company Zach, way kind Barry thank you super kind and the two men out here now doing this now Richard , Johnathan and Cody. Thanks men.. The Brooks-

Initially I was very impressed with All Klear, as they seemingly got us taken care when our HVAC…read morewent out ahead of a winter storm last year and the technicians seemed very professional. However, that was the beginning of a year of headaches and runarounds. First of all, the unit they put in was entirely too big for the house (a 4 ton unit for a 1500 sq ft house). This was admitted by the techs when we called them out to address the extreme humidity in the house (80%+ humidity with the AC on), which was caused by having an oversized and overpowered unit. So we were given a unit completely inappropriate to what we needed, and charged more for it. This caused us headaches throughout the year. Fast forward to this winter, and we are having more issues with this year old furnace. We had to call them out twice in the course of a week to do repairs, at least one of those because the furnace froze up due to no one having thought of running a vent down to the cellar. We've ended up paying what is likely thousands of dollars more than is necessary stemming from this brand new unit which has given us far more grief than our previous unit ever did prior to it going out. Maybe my situation was unique, because I see all the positive reviews otherwise. However, if I were to recommend anyone to a friend, I would not recommend All Klear anymore. They've lost my confidence entirely.

Christopher Hudson arrived promptly and was extremely professional, he was highly knowledgeable…read moreabout my 3 mini splits and offered some educational information that I had no knowledge of prior to. He was friendly and I felt very comfortable with him in my home . He did a top notch job and would absolutely recommend him to service your home needs 100% . I will be requesting him for all my future needs because I'm highly confident in his competence abilities. What I also was highly impressed with was we called and got service the same day !!!! They charged me an epic price that floored me , I thought it was going to cost me an arm and leg but NOPE they are beyond reasonable. This company and my technician Christopher Hudson are definitely the way to go if you want honest , reliable, professional service done . Thank you Chris for the opportunity to use your skills and making sure we were not only taken care of but also educated . Sincerely, Jennie & Chris B

Told us we needed new coils $3500 but recommended new system up to $19,000. I had another company come out and do a pressure test and found no leaks. We had a service completed (cleaned the coils and did some minor work) cost $1200. When you pay for a service it would be nice to get a service and multiple options to help the customer out. Seems like Air Services technicians are salesmen first, not customer first. Rob S.

I was told that I had a pipe burst under my house. We called roto rooter they came out and dug to…read morebottom of basement cut a hole in the floor and put a new pipe in out to the septic tank In the process they were digging under the concrete slab that my poop filters at on I have wrot iron fencing around my pool with brick columns so they say that they are done I go outside to look when I get home and they had taken one brick column and an 8 foot section of the concrete slab the bricks and all. Concrete were gone the fence was down all the while them not saying anything but that they had to cut some of the pipe for the pool. So after all of this after about a week the water backs up in the house again. ( first time before they " fixed it" the septic tank was full and needed pumped out. Now the thing backs up about once a week the pipe they put under the house they got too deep and it runs up hill to the tank I had them come out and they said it was my lateral lines. That I didn't have any. So I dug in some new ones hitting all the old ones that weren't there I told them that the tank would over fill if it were on the lateral lines As of now I have to go out every day or two and run a pipe down the clean out or the pipe ( they put in ) had a plug that I nock into the septic tank. They in short made a full tank that only needed pumped cost me $27,xxx.ccx. I had them out several time there answer to me was i needed to put in a new system but the system was working for 20 plus years just had a full tank and after they worked on it and took my money. It doesn't work
