Communication is horrible from every department and they do nothing to correct it. We pay a monthly invoice for maintenance, and it gets done whenever it's convenient for them. We gave them 6 weeks notice (which they should already know our inspection date since they have to do them yearly) for our annual safety inspections and they still did not get them done on time. This is the second year in a row they have not had this done in time. Customers should not have to continually request the service they are already paying for.

She recently had been struggling to manage the stairs. On November 12th she went upstairs and never came down again. She passed away on the 30th of November. We completely understood that they would not be able to give us 100% of our money back but we did think they would work with us. After relentlessly calling them, we finally spoke to the manager who said they could give us $500 for the stairlift. Mind you we had just paid over $4000.00 for it less than a month earlier? Talk about taking advantage. I'd give it away before giving it back to these people. I would not recommend anyone use people who take advantage of a situation like this.

I saw that almost every review was 5 stars. There was one person who gave them a 1 star and I know after being in business for over 30 years there is always that one person. So I called ahead to see if there was anything special that I needed to bring with me. The lady on the phone was very helpful. She said that when I got to the location they would set me up. When I arrived it was busy. The young lady working there was working with one customer filling his tanks and another was just ahead of me. When it was my turn she walked me through what I would need (new adaptors so I could use my RV's current hook ups and regulator). She was very helpful and pleasant. She kept everyone in order and was on top of it. I told her that I pick this place because of the reviews and she said that she was proud of doing a good job. She also mentioned the negative review that was posted and said the guy never came to her location. He mentioned the receptionist as being rude and there is no receptionist on sight. Just her and the 2 awesome dogs in the office. Anyway I had an amazing first experience at Affordable Propane from the first call to getting my 2 tanks filled. The price was 1/2 of what I would hav3e paid at the other locations I called. So although the reviews were better I also came for the price as well. It was a win win and I will be back.
