I placed a call to arms through Yelp and got more responses than I imagined, and settled on Dale's because great price, willing to work with my schedule, and they seemed very nice. Really good job done, called me and asked if they could come a little late as their earlier job was bigger than they thought, so I'm glad they had good communication. They were in and out in no time. I called and he did not answer so I called College Hunks and scheduled their services. Dale ended up calling me back and convinced me that College Hunks would be over charging me and that I should just do it with him and it would be half the cost. I am all for supporting small businesses instead of corps so I did. I scheduled Dale to come out the end of June and he never showed. I called him and confirmed the address and he let me know he was on his way 2 hours prior to the appointment time. At the time he was supposed to arrive I gave him a call and he sent it to voicemail. I waited an hour and called again and he sent me to voicemail. After 30 minutes, I had my BF call the number and he immediately picked up. When he asked Dale where he was and that he was late and we were waiting, he said they had a flat tire that they just fixed and would be here within an hour. 2 hours later, he still had not showed. We both called him again and he sent us both to voicemail. After another hour, I realized I let him convince me to cancel the other service for his services that we would never receive. He never called and apologized or informed us of anything. Extremely un-professional. We were utilizing his services to junk removal/haul to be donated and once the items were removed we were going home. This was the last day that the apartment was in my name and the following day we had to turn the keys in since we lived on the other side of town now and this was the last thing we were waiting on so we could leave.
