I was told by my physician that I would just have to be on medication for it. With Dr. Reid, I no longer have to take any medication and am vertigo free. I have also come to them for lower back and hip issues, which they have also remedied. Hope Chiropractic Center's atmosphere is positive, friendly, and caring. I never feel rushed and unheard. Dr. Reid takes his time to listen to my problems and/or concerns, explains what the cause could be and how he will treat it, and sometimes he even gives me exercises that will help with the issue and maintain wellness. I am grateful to have a knowledgeable, personable, and caring doctor that I can visit in times of discomfort.

I made his wife Dr. Jackie, who was the next higher up and another witness/employee aware of what happened and hope they take the appropriate measures to assure this never happens again. No one should ever have to put up with or stay quiet about being violated, just because they are the "professionals". We lay there and let them do things they know are inappropriate, afraid to say anything, because they are supposedly "helping" us as our trusted doctors. Not this time sir!! This was my first time visiting any chiropractic office and I have to say that I was very…read moreimpressed. Their documents are almost all virtual so you don't have to deal with too much paperwork and that's always a plus in my book! As a first time visitor, they send you to their computer room to do your assessment and that was nice that it was separate from the waiting room so you can focus. Once we were finished, we probably waited 5-10 minutes before they called us back into the room. The first thing I saw was a massage chair and asked if I could sit in it and the assistant said that I could if I was not the patient and turned it on for me. I was already loving this place and then 10 minutes later, she said the chair was just for patients so I turned it off. The doctor came in and took my sister to do X-rays and came back to review them with her to let her know what was wrong and why she was feeling back pain. It was cool to see him explain it and show her where her spine was not aligned and what he would need to do correct it. He said his patients usually feel 25-30% better after they leave his office so he hopes the same for her. And he got right into it! He did some adjustments and I must tell you as a bystander, it looked like some WWE moves but it seems to have worked because you could definitely hear the crack. Some moves made my sister uncomfortable and if one move didn't work, he had a couple of alternatives to get the shifting to take place. When the doctor asked her what her pain level was from when she came in and left, she said it went from an 8 to 7 on a scale of 1-10. He was a little shocked as he was expecting at least a 6 but my sister said she definitely felt 10% better than when she came in so at least that's progress. He was really cool and chill so I believe she will be coming back to get some more adjustments and hoping to get better and fully recover. First encounter with a chiropractor and it definitely left a good impression. PS. If you're going to write a review and return back to this place, prepare for a very awkward conversation with the doctor about it because he likes to discuss it in detail during your visit.

I was at the point of getting surgery but decided to come here first to see if maybe getting adjustments/alignments could help me. Dr. Mark was my initial chiropractor and he was very caring, thoughtful, and informative about what he's doing, where he's adjusting, and the process of the what he thought was the best treatment. He recommended Dr. Thomas! Dr. Thomas is also a chiropractor however he specializes in muscle tissue breakdown - longer story even short, Dr. Thomas has relieved damn near all the pain and inflammation I had/felt in my legs and feet. I went from this being my last resort and going to surgery to visiting Dr. Thomas every so often or when I feel my legs starting to get tense on me. The pain that I had compared to where I'm at now is night and day. I went from having to always have shoes on even to walk around my house to being comfortable in sandals and flip flops for HOURS without ANY pains in the slightest. I'm very grateful to have found this practice and the amazing individuals who work here as well. The entire staff is very friendly, engaging, and they certainly make you feel like you're important.

The office is very clean and you never have to wait too long to be seen most of the time my wait is 5-15 min I go in get treated and leave in about 30-40 min tops. I never really wanted to try chiropractors in the past because I was so scared of how bad it would hurt. I couldn't even get a lower back rub with mild pressure because of the pain it would cause. I was on 4-5 medications just to help with the pain and take the edge off. Now I am only on one as needed. In the past i even tried physical therapy but it just made things worse to the point i couldn't get out of bed without being on steroids. Its like night and day now. I'm not perfect and I know I'll always have some kind of lower back pain but its more manageable than it has been in years.
