Wow!!! Ron sets the bar for best experience ever with a contractor. We purchased a vacation home…read morein Sunriver and walked through it together with Ron, decribing our vision and leaning on his expertise. We love that he approaches his business as a partnership with the client, offering design, material and labor options. Ron always shares the pros/cons for an informed decision and is extremely communicative so we always knew how things were tracking. The vision was delivered, including some added scope, on the agreed timeline and price structure. So unreal! Here are some specifics on our project. We decided to replace all of the flooring, build a new kitchen island, create a focal fireplace facade and paint the entire interior. Ron knew we intended for this to be a short-term rental as well so every step along the way he made recommendations of materials that would accomplish the look we wanted to achieve and also provide the durability necessary for renters. We personally wanted to dedicate several weekends towards doing some of the improvements ourselves and Ron was amazing about embracing that and working through the schedule together. During those weekends I often found new projects that slightly expanded the scope, which Ron always accommodated. Since everything is a handshake with him, there was never a mess of change order agreements; he just adjusted his work plans and reflected the new work in the billing. Working with Ron from about 200 miles away felt like we were working with a next door neighbor. He has become our friend through this process and still holds a key to our home. In fact, we recently contacted him for a small outdoor project that he readily squeezed into his already busy schedule and we are so pleased to know that piece of our home is now up to code and build to withstand the Central Oregon elements. Bravo Ron!

Ron builds with detail and thought beyond your imagination. He worked on the job when we weren't there and treated our place like it was his own. I will definitely use him again. We feel so lucky to have found him.

Lance and his crew just finished a kitchen addition and remodel project for us, and I cannot say…read moreenough about his integrity, commitment to quality, communication, fair pricing, and flexibility. First of all, Lance stepped in when our original contractor had a medical emergency and could no longer complete the project. Lance was doing the footer work on our project and agreed to pick up where our contractor left off (with the same budget and timeline), and without much time to get to know each other and talk through our plans, I think we all crossed our fingers and hoped it would work out. It did. Beautifully. Lance navigated with ease and grace numerous city permits and inspections and so many supplier issues and architect flubs, including an incorrect measurement that ultimately required us to add a partial bathroom renovation to his contract. He personally checked on every aspect of our project, correcting work when it didn't meet his high standards and making sure his workers and subcontractors met deadlines and his expectations for workmanship. Every time I brought him an idea along the way, Lance was up for it and helped me figure out how we could make it work (much to my husband's chagrin at times!). When we called, Lance always answered, and he stayed in communication with us when we weren't on site, sending texts and pictures of progress daily throughout the almost 5 months of our project. After a few months, I trusted Lance to make decisions in my stead, and that says a lot, considering my Type A personality and specific design sense. He respects old houses and understood my aesthetic vision as well as my desire to preserve original elements of my 1940 cottage wherever possible. The end result speaks for itself. We consider Lance a friend now, but I think my hound dog Sadie misses her friend Lance and his crew most of all. Luckily for her, we have already called him about our next project.

This was an insurance claim...If I could I would give him a 0 . It took him months to show up to…read morerebuild my house after he had already been paid some of the money to start the project. And towards the end of the project he said he ran out of the money to finish the project. Also I just found out that he pieced together my damaged rafters that were damaged, and did not replace the insulation in the attic. He hung my French doors crooked which allowed cold air to come in during the winter so I had to hire my handyman to take them out and fix the problem. He has young kids working for him with little to no experience. My house is only 1200 sq ft, it should not have taken 16 months to fix. Also when my hot water heater did not work he tried to replace it with a used one, after my insurance company had already paid him to put in a new one. He finally put in a new one 2 weeks later. My handyman also had to fix 3 interior doors that were hung wrong. They also damaged my Japanese Tree alongside my driveway. He also disconnected my power to my garage which had my upright freezer which he was aware of that was full of meats not once but twice. When. I didn't have a roof on the house and it was just boarded up and they had started working on the inside of the house they turned my heat on which inevitably cost me hundreds of dollars in my electric bill. Therefore I would not recommend This Company to Anyone !! Run As Fast As You Can!!
