As soon as I was walked in I was greeted. Love their personalities. It was a fun environment. Dr. Buckley helped me tremendously. I was in a lot of pain due to working on my feet for long hours. Excellent patient care at Carr St location. My mom Cristina had her first diabetic foot care appointment today and she couldn't have been more impressed by staff's compassion and professionalism. The care was provided exceeded our expectations, going above and beyond. Emma at intake is very kind and patient, my elderly mom did not have all her insurance information and she worked with me by having it emailed. I highly recommend Jacqueline Buckley. She's extremely personable, attentive and welcomes any and all questions... and is a powerhouse of a female business owner. As an active person and lifelong athlete, it was really difficult taking time off of my feet; but into my first appointment it was clear that I was in the best hands with Jacqueline. She's done a lot of work with sports teams and totally understands the athlete brain and body. Her #1 mission was to get me back to running as soon as possible. Putting my full trust in her care made that happen. She was also very responsive via email between appointments, quickly answering my questions along the way. My tween son got injured playing sports and ended up in the ER and left with possible Achilles tear and a walking boot that was too small. Thankfully, we were able to see Dr. Buckley within days of our ER visit. Dr. Buckley immediately got him in the right size boot and gave him crutches and ordered and MRI. She was also attentive and took time explaining everything not only to me but my son in a way that he understood and left feeling reassured. I took him to see her yesterday and literally within minutes of working with Boogie - she examined, asked questions, and was so tuned in to exactly the issues he was dealing with.. I was amazed. Turns out that the problems that he has been experiencing may be more than just your 'typical' foot issues and she is now consulting with a specialist to work on the best course of action for Jaedyn. Foot/ankle/leg pain is no joke. The more I realize how much Jaedyn was hurting, and noting my own discomfort in the few times I've has something as simple as a stubbed toe, or bad shoes that made my feet hurt for a week, the more I realize how important caring for all parts of our bodies are. Without you I would not know where I would be. I have been going to see you about my feet due to my Diabetes and you said that you noticed a change in my demeanor. I then I told you about my hands. I was getting tingling, pain and numbness of the hands. You listened to what I said at the beginning of this year. You told me that although you do not specialize in the upper extremity but you would do what what was needed to take care of me. You said that you were going to order a cervical spine X-ray for me although you usually deal with the lower part of the spine. You ended up ordering a cervical MRI for me. You and your office followed through to make sure that it got done. You called me at home to tell me that my spine MRI came back emergent and I needed to see a spine specialist immediately. You told me that you had already called one and you were waiting for the on call surgeon to call you back. Then you called me back to say that you had spoken to the Spine doctor and he was adding me to his schedule the next week. I saw him yesterday and I am scheduled for surgery next week because my spinal cord is very damaged and the surgery is emergent. I get emotional but I want to thank you for listening to me. You sent over all the reports to my regular doctor and my Neurologist. My regular even said that she was glad that you were there because you helped me be seen and treated quickly. I know that without you, no one else would have believed how much that I was in pain and I would still not have known what was wrong with me. You took care of my so quickly and I was seen within less than a month. I am emotional because I am thankful for you. read more
