I have been coming here for years (since I moved to the area) and the front desk staff hasn't changed their rude and unprofessional attitudes. They need to either take some training on behavior and customer service or be replaced. With that said, I continue to see Doctor Ross because he is a stand up, knows what he is talking about, doesn't try to just medicate you and explains your situation in more detail rather than get you in and out as quick as possible.
