My mom is 96 years old recently broke both pelvis and was in and out of the hospitals and rehabs for months. She is still getting physical therapy and has a nurse come once a week. She is still recovering from her fall. She got phenomonia and was very ill in the hospital for several days and is still recovering from that. On top of her recent health issues she has osteoporosis and COPD. Dr Ross will not sign orders for her to get the Medicade help she needs. I personally have been struggling to get my mom on Medicade due to her financial status. I have spent months going through this process.. I spent many hours online working on this application. One of the things in the process is to have a doctor sign forms. I took the form to his office. Mind you this man will not accept fax's so you have to hand deliver forms. I took the form into the office. The staff was very RUDE . On the phone I was told you can bring the form in but he won't sign it. I took the form into the office and was told he couldn't get to it today he has a full schedule. I asked, can you please call me once the form is looked at or signed. Never received a phone call or update. Finally I called them back and was told my mom doesn't need extra help. That was my first experience with these rude, incompetent ladies at the front desk. In the meantime I'm still struggling with the Medicade website and paperwork. I finally get Medicade approved after months of waiting and correcting firms and we get aa assessment. It was done at her home . A Medicade representative came out. We Waited another 6 weeks for approval. I finally called Medicade lady who did assessment and she said my mom had been approved. The services she was applying for was for a agency to come into her home and help with cleaning , bathing, laundry food preparation and general home help. The agency called and said Medicade had approved these services and that they would fax over the paperwork for her dr to sign. I immediately told the agency that her dr had refused to sign the Medicade paperwork for me in the past. The lady said she would give them a call. She was told immediately on the phone that her daughter(me) had brought in paperwork a few weeks earlier and that he would not sign the papers. She was also told they DO NOT ACCEPT FAX. The agency took the paperwork into dr Ross office. Again was met by the same rude, arrogant and disrespectful staff who told her that he wouldn't be able to sign for a couple of days and that he would not sign the paperwork due to my mom was healthy.snd didn't need any services. I personally have taken my mom on several occasions to her appointments with dr Ross. Not only do you have to set 2 plus hours ( we waited 3 at one appointment) deal with the rude bitches at the desk but his nurse was rude, hateful and disrespectful. This dr abuses Medicare $ . He had my 96 year old mother coming into his office every 3 months for blood work . Then makes her schedule follow up appointment to get results. He bills Medicare for 2 appointments , you spend hours sitting in his office. While waiting you deal with Mary the rude office staff . When you finally get into a room you wait and deal with the rude nurse. DO NOT USE THIS DOCTOR! I have never experienced such challenges to get help for my mother. She is a fall risk, is on a walker still getting physical therapy to walk. Has severe osteoporosis, hard hearing and struggling on a fixed income of 1200.00 a month. My sister and I have had to not only work our jobs but take in and care for my mom. Not sure how many doctors will not accept faxed documents. I have had plenty of doctors in my 64 years that have always faxed records. I have been told by Mary , numerous times that I would get a call back on issues I have had to deal with. My sister had had the same issues. They never return phone calls , don't accept fax and are incompetent , hateful and useless staff . I WOULD NOT TAKE MY DOG TO THIS OFFICE!!

The first visit Dr. Khan looked at our records and the few he had access to. He quickly started making a game plan and following up with the specialists and labs that were needed. He made the necessary phone calls, he sent the emails, he sent the information that was needing to be handled. He did all this while we sat there listening to him bring everyone on board and up to speed. He made sure we thoroughly understood every step that was going to happen. He explained all aspects of what had happened, what was going to happen, and what led us to this point. Dr. Khan literally took phone calls late at night from the specialists. He made sure everything was handled sooner rather than later. I just can't say enough about his professionalism, his thorough explanations, and his complete dedication to his patients. All in the first visit! He even followed up with a phone call to keep us updated. If you need a new PCP, do not hesitate to use Dr. Khan. His staff is top shelf and we are so thankful to have found them all. His office is now in Willow Park.
