They have the "gatekeepers" you have to work through so you never know if it's them who are making decisions or an actual physician. I never even spoke to Dr. Kent except for the day of surgery. If he's that busy that he can't meet with patients or answer questions maybe they need to cut back on patient numbers. When I had a concerning issue after the surgery I was unable to speak to anyone other than a patient navigator, who is an LPN. I need to know it's a physician making medical decisions for my care, not someone with a limited medical background. No offense intended, but this is life and death when you're dealing with nerve/spine issues, not a sprained ankle.

When I asked why I was being forwarded to security I was told, because they Don't Like Your Questions. I got a call from the head of security who threatened to have me arrested if I called again, then hung up on me. You will be better served at another of the many hospitals in the area Coeur d Alene, Spokane Valley or Spokane. Pain management doesn't seem to be working and I may need a discectomy as it is affecting my spinal canal. I will be seeing an Orthopedic Surgeon regarding this soon. Also, I have received injections for my left and right SI joints which also didn't work. This Orthopedic Surgeon will also be performing a fusion and cleaning up abnormal bone growth.
