I would send all the information to Pro 1 and they would update the report. Last week my insurance company contacted me and asked for an old receipt I no longer had. Fortunately all I had to do was contact Pro 1 and in 5 minutes my insurance agent had the updated version of the report proving the repairs had been completed. I hired this company to inspect a house before we closed on it and they ended up costing me over…read more$3,000 because they failed to do basic tasks. The freezer door was leaking water and they failed to even notice that and actually wrote the dispenser was in good working order. They said the ice maker was working and when we turned it on it was spewing water all over the inside of the machine creating an ice block. After we had these items looked at by two separate vendors they both said these items would have been seen by any person if they merely turned on the ice maker and opened the freezer door. I spoke with the owner and he claims he cannot be held responsible for his workers negligence according to his contract and the most I can recover from him is $500. He handed it over to his insurance company and now I am getting the runaround with them. Bottom line if they told me they weren't capable of inspecting these items I would have hired someone else to inspect the appliances and I wouldn't be out $3,000. Unbelievable how companies like this stay in existence!
