They found a few electrical outlets that had reverse polarity, no wire covering over the chimney, talked about the obvious crack in the cooktop but that's about it. Once we moved in, the nightmare started. The first thing we found was a wire coming out of the wall of the garage. On the inside of the garage it was plugged into a wall outlet where one of the outlets was burnt. The wire then ran into the ground and came up in the middle of the driveway of the shop. It then ran onto a 4x4 that wasn't even in the ground. From there to an electrical box with no cover and the wire nuts and electrical tape not even covering the wires. This power ran the entire shop (over 10 outlets and 6 fluorescent lights. Inside the house when we opened one of the kitchen cabinets we saw wires that didn't have wire nuts and the wire was still hot. Under the sink we had something going on that I wouldn't even expect a junior plumber would do let alone something that would pass an inspection. And to top all of this off, he sent a copy of the report to the sellers realtor. I was the one that paid for the inspection. When I msged him about it, I was ghosted and have never received a call or msg back. I'm pretty sure if this review doesn't get deleted, we will probably here something like the people that did the inspection were new or something like that. How do you explain not calling a customer back after they tell you that you screwed up... Beware

I hired this company to inspect a house before we closed on it and they ended up costing me over…read more$3,000 because they failed to do basic tasks. The freezer door was leaking water and they failed to even notice that and actually wrote the dispenser was in good working order. They said the ice maker was working and when we turned it on it was spewing water all over the inside of the machine creating an ice block. After we had these items looked at by two separate vendors they both said these items would have been seen by any person if they merely turned on the ice maker and opened the freezer door. I spoke with the owner and he claims he cannot be held responsible for his workers negligence according to his contract and the most I can recover from him is $500. He handed it over to his insurance company and now I am getting the runaround with them. Bottom line if they told me they weren't capable of inspecting these items I would have hired someone else to inspect the appliances and I wouldn't be out $3,000. Unbelievable how companies like this stay in existence!

Leaking roof, my cost for subsequent damage, 10k Bar sink, not hooked up to plumbing, my cost $0, as it was just easier to just remove it. Oven not working, my cost $750 or so to repair Gas fireplace, not working. $100 so far, will need to replace for $600 or so. Avoid this outfit is my only suggestion.
