We have rented from here several times. This current rental during the middle of it we had a bad snow storm. We have a gravel driveway and as the snow continues to melt it is keeping the ground wet. They stated that their trucks are too heavy and cannot remove the dumpster. So since they cannot get it they are charging us. They then said we have 1.5 weeks to dry up the gravel. Unfortunately I'm not God and cannot heat the earth. We have shoveled and salted. Sadly there is another snow storm expected. So we won't meet their deadline and they will cont to charge us for factors out of our control. On top of that when they did attempt to come get it. They decided to drive off the driveway into our grass and ruined it badly. So not only are they charging us for the extended weeks now we have to pay or spend money to fix out lawn. read more

I took word of mouth recommendations and ended up with this company. I made my reservation, had a change and updated the reservation to a smaller size dumpster. On the day of delivery, they brought the larger size anyway. Upon pickup, we were charged overage fees because we were only given the weight of the smaller dumpster. I called to speak to someone (twice) and got the office supervisor on the phone. She was incredibly condescending and refused to even offer any help. I tried several times to explain my points, but she refused to listen or see anything other than this being my fault. When she began to raise her voice, I told her I would be sure to explain their policies in my reviews since they were unable to do so clearly. They cheat you on your dumpster rental, charge extra for bogus extra weight. The weight ticket was dated on a different date than the date they removed the dumpster. After I point the error the company never respond to me. I would use local family owned dumpster company because the local owned is honest. Just update this google comment as I got response from the owner. Just let you know I know how much I was charged by the local family owned dumpster company and I never got extra weight charge even I put more stuff in the same sized dumpster. Also the extra charge comes a or two weeks later so you have no idea that you will be over charged. Never use this company again. read more

We paid to get a dumpster with this company. First they rescheduled. Ok fine the morning of our rescheduled date we called to confirm. We were told yes definitely it was coming. Guess what it never did! No call,no email from them. I would have never booked with them if I knew they weren't a real dumpster company but a broker. I wish I had read the other Yelp reviews. If we booked with another company we would have had our dumpster by now. Instead I am waiting for them to refund me and now have to book with another company that will actually show up! I dealt with this company in Richmond, Virginia. I booked a dumpster online - fairly easy and painless. The next day I got a notification that my dumpster wouldn't be ready, and someone called me asking to reschedule. Luckily my project wasn't too time sensitive, so not a big deal. The day before my rescheduled delivery, I get a call asking if I can accept a different size dumpster than what I ordered. I say no I specifically got the size I wanted for a reason. Then without so much as a call, I get a cancellation email saying my job has been cancelled. I later get a generic email saying it was determined they didn't know if a truck could safely deliver the dumpster. Funny how that never came up until they didn't have the inventory they advertise online. There are dozens of companies that offer this commodity product - I'd look elsewhere. Asked for morning delivery, Nothing. Called and said the driver was delayed at dump yard, would be here between 12 and 3 o'clock. They never showed up that day. They couldn't even get in contact with their own driver. So when you schedule with these people, know you'll get it when they feel like it! read more

Horrible! I ordered a dumpster on a Friday and received an email stating it will be delivered on Saturday morning. I took off of work so I could fill the dumpster when it arrived. It never came. I tried to call but they're closed on the weekend so there's nobody to get in touch with. I called this morning (Monday) and they said it's coming today and they will call me when the dispatcher lets them know when the dumpster is coming. No call back. Called them at 12pm for an update and they said dispatch never called them so they don't know when it's coming. I told them I'm not sitting around waiting all day again and to cancel and without hesitation, they said no problem. They didn't apologize or even try to resolve the situation by contacting the dispatcher again. Very unprofessional. Don't waste your time or money. Made an online order for a home dumpster delivery -- but the truck that arrived with it was too large to get into my driveway because of a low-hanging wire. When delivery could not be completed, they initially said there would be a $100 fee for failed delivery. However when I pointed out that I had specified this wire issue in my order and asked for a small truck, they did give me a full refund. I appreciate this consideration and would try to use them again. read more

Do yourself a favor and do not use this company under any circumstances. They are a broker, they contract to local dumpster rental companies. They don't call before they deliver. The dumpster has garbage and wet sand in the bottom. Really? The company they contracted did not place the dumpster anywhere near where I needed it and then stated they couldn't pick it up until Monday (this was Friday).If the dumpster was not able to be located in the proper place why no phone call? Now I have three cars needing a place to park and nowhere to park them. This company has the worst customer service skills and completely lacks any business ethics. I had a dumpster delivered in September 2014, the company picked up the dumpster in January 2015. They have charged my account various amounts 7 times. Yes I said 7 times! I have contacted them on numerous occasions as to why this is happening and I keep being told they will "look into it and call me back", still no returned call. Today (1-29-15) they took another unauthorized $200 from my account. I still have no answers or resolutions. I also have yet to receive any bills or statements of any kind. Please be very cautious if you are considering this company they're cheap at the initial drop off/quote but not in the long run. Do not use this company if you need a dumpster for your building or demo project. While they will show up and deliver (between 8-5), they have no regard for personal property. I called the company when it was time to pick up the dumpster after much rain and said to please use caution, even encouraging them to monitor wet area so as not to damage the homeowner's yard and adjacent property. Actually, I called them twice. They told me they would send a driver and he would decide. He came, picked up the dumpster, made ruts 12- 16 inches, got stuck, asked a neighbor with a tractor to pull them out, then left, leaving $420 in damages. I contacted company and sent pictures. I got no response and a bill for full amount owed including additional charges. read more
