Like other Love's, the pump area was wide and with a high cover. The station was easily accessible even for larger vehicles on the auto side and then there's the truck side that I didn't visit. Snacks, grilled roller meat, grab-and-go fresh stuff, coolers of drinks, candy and such, some gift items and in the truck area, all sorts of truck accessories. The restrooms were decently clean. Not sure what happened to Family Express the last couple years. It used to be somewhat…read morefamily-oriented with intelligent kind people working there. Word on this street is now it's not the same and the change is noticeable. Management used to show a genuine concern for the way the company was perceived by the public. It doesn't seem to be that important anymore. The quality of the people working​ there​ has become quite poor, with a noticeable difference in their attitude not only towards the job but also in the way they treat their customers. It's even been rumored that this location of Family Express is the place to go for illicit drugs of all kinds, although I've never witnessed it, I certainly believe it. It doesn't seem like anyone's paying attention to the way this location operates. It certainly not in keeping with the ethic that used to be practiced by Family Express when I first started going there. I understand that perhaps good employees are hard to find, but someone needs to take a serious look at what's going on at that location in the way the employees behave. I used to go there quite often but have cut back to maybe once a month now. They may just be rumors, but if they're true and there are guns and drugs on the property, I'm not feeling real safe visiting family Express at that location certainly. I would advise anyone who visits that store to be careful on what they purchase, especially food items, and to practice situational awareness while in the store. In today's world you never know what to expect.

The prices are too high sometimes by 100% over local competitors and FE is taking advantage of regular customers. What'sore the employees seem to think the customers aren't needed. Not a great business model. I have supported the business sometimes more than once a day and sometimes different locations but every day I am there spending money I could spend elsewhere. Sometimes when you overcharge people they don't complain, they just don't come back. If you feel you have too much traffic keep the prices where they are and allow the employees to run roughshod over the customers and that problem will take care of itself
