Literally, the service attendant flagged me in and I was uncomfortable doing so but you kept pushing me and next I know I'm in the car wash. Can't see the car in front of me and I feel a bump: So they show my insurance cover the video and blame me. I never got to see the video and I'm not sure my insurance company did either. The manager quickly came out and stopped me from taking pictures of the car that I supposedly hit and taking pictures of the area in the accident. It's all set up to prevent paying. Car wash is a scam. Recommend when they flag you in you wait for car lengths and then go in instead of letting them push your capacity and if you hit somebody in front of you paying for it like I did.

I asked for their cameras and then they said it was their fault. They offered $9 for all. I rejected it, it was offensive. Second time I went there with a new car and a temporary plate, the plate was gone after the washing. Nobody told me not to get a wash or that it could be damaged. They didn't even allowed me to file a claim. It will ALWAYS BE SOMEONE ELSE'S FAULT, NOT THEIRS! Cancelling my subscription and not going back again.

I cannot tell you how many times I have went to vacuum my car out and have waited over 10 mins after asking them to use the vacuum and then them not ever come to turn it on. I pay $45 a month for a service and when I am on a time crunch I can't wait. I understand when they're busy but when no cars are in line and they're standing there, it's highly frustrating! update your vacuums like any other location.

They could have easily damaged something on the inside or scratched the paint on my car with their exposed belt buckles. The exterior still had bird droppings and bug splatter that was very obvious when they told me the car was ready to go. I had to ask them to clean it up. The wheels were still dirty from brake dust. They didn't even bother trying to clean between the spokes.

Previous owner had a dog that shed A LOT. I have to say that I was very impressed with their work. Trista took care of the detailing and Justin worked the front desk. They were very professional and did a really good job. My car was squeaky clean and all the pet hair was gone! I never expected them to clean it that well. They take appointments over the phone and prefer it if you leave your car in for the whole day. The pet hair removal was an extra $40, but totally worth it. Just tried East Side and I'll rate this a "maybe". I say this as I know I'm kind of picky but…read more(hopefully) reasonable. This probably IS a good option for many. I used the automatic wash. It's the kind that only take 1 car at a time which is a HUGE PLUS imo (continually forcing vehicles onto a conveyor just inches apart always concerns me...one confused driver hitting their breaks could cause a chain reaction I don't even want to think about). The wash was fairly standard by robot that passes over/around you then back with what looks like synthetic rubber-like agitators to scrub. I do feel like less soaps/solvents were used compared to the big chain nearby. Whatever-my truck was dirty and came out amazingly clean. There was an area around the back of my bed cover where soapy water pooled but I've seen worse situations and this could be blown off by the blower (I'll touch up later). The blower is close to the exit. You pass a sensor and the blowers fire up. I used the existing water beads on my hood to gauge how slow to creep ahead. To my disappointment they must be strictly timed with no exit sensors. So the blowers shut down where I was only 75% through. THIS was a big disappointment. Technically I could have maybe backed up or around the blowers to run again but if anyone else was behind or around me that would be impossible. Maybe a small issue for some but this was a deciding factor at the end. I spent $14- full price for their mid-grade wash. Probably the average price for the level of wash I chose so neither better or worse though I do wonder if more solvents and rinses could have done better so quality & value:probably average. I did prefer their type of scrubbing "fingers" the robot used but it did seem a bit short especially as the robot only went back then returned to the front once. The blower situation though disappointed me in the end so I'll be experimenting with other places. My concerns are all small and may not be an issue at all for most. I may be back but at this point I'm not planning to till trying the competition. Good clean place though. So....a strong maybe. Your milage may vary.
