Concerned about the hurricane, I had an issue with my generator and spoke to Sarah. She asked me a few questions and immediately knew what my generator was by name, which just blew me away. When she arrived she immediately knew what the problem was and fixed it. By the way I had called others and they were just too busy to come by. She played this so well that I would have to say she played as good as McCartney and I saw him in concert 8 times. Wondering how I was going to transport my leaf vac to get it repaired. Went on line and saw that Rollin Lawn Mower Repair "We come to you" and she means it. I called to schedule an appointment but was unable to leave a message. To my surprise, Sarah called back that same day and made an appointment to repair my leaf vac the next day. Christmas came early (on November 27th)! Sarah just left my home in Hasbrouck Heights after getting my Ariens Snowblower to work. I called earlier today expecting to set up an appointment for the upcoming week. Instead, Sarah came to my home a few hours later (on a Sunday no less and in a part of Bergen County she doesn't normally service). Sarah was so patient with me to explain what she was doing (I wanted to learn). In maybe 15-20 minutes she had it fixed. All the superlatives I see on the reviews are true. Snow Blower repair. I had a fantastic experience with this service. My snow blower ws not rolling over. When I called them and I explained the issue. They were quite familure with the difficulty from the explaination. , They explaiend that while I was out of service area they could walk me through the problem , and do this repair under their guidance . The inital call was to creat a list of materials and tools that were needed, and also to improvise any tools that I might not have. The second call took about 45 min as they walked me step by step in great detail what i needed to do , explaining why each step was needed. Opposed to other repair people that came in for the same issue they were able to be more spedific in the diagnosis and explained why this issue was repeating itself. Like an idiot, I left gasoline in my snowblower's tank over the past winter, and the gasoline gunked up my carburector, and I couldn't start it up during a recent snowstorm. In addition to the carburector problem, the gas line feeding the carburector was damaged. Using her ingenuity, Sarah was able to repair it and the snowblower started right up! We needed to repair our snowblower and the gentleman who sold it to us 30 years ago closed his business. we went on the internet and found this website, when I called Sarah answered. she put me on the waiting list which is very long. a few days later she called and came. she is an incredible one woman show. she took care of the issue and we started talking. With this weekend's snow storm coming, I tried to start my snowblower and it wouldn't start. Sarah walked me through troubleshooting the issue over the phone. She was very patient and extremely knowledgeable. She had me troubleshoot everything and turns out it was the gapping of the spark plug. Sarah cleaned out the dirty filter, cleaned and rebuilt the carburetor, drained all fluids from engine, changed the oil, replaced spark plug and the machine started on the first pull of the cord. She was thoroughly knowledgeable of the product and had all necessary parts on her truck which she refers to as "her hospital." Excellent work and I would use her again.
