Dr. Farrell then reviewed all the pictures and began his exam of my teeth. Then Dr. Farrell put the X-rays on a viewer. He went over anything that concerned him and he and I discussed it quite thoroughly. Then off to hygienist Laura. What a pleasant event that was. The whole team is this way - patient focused. I was treated with kindness and respect. Great team. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS DENTIST 1000%.

The office uses some of the most advanced technology available. Your dental care is up to you. Do you want to be proactive or wait for a problem! I prefer to be proactive. The office provides most all dental procedures you may require. The office staff is great. Courteous, professional and extremely well trained and educated. My dentist, Dr. Hall is terrific. Personable, and spent more time with me explain the findings of the initial findings than any dentist I have been to. We determined what work had to be done, what had to be watched and a program set in place. The follow up is great. The day I had two crowns put in Dr. Hall took the time to call me at home in the evening to see how I was doing and make sure I was satisfied with the work. Amazing client care. I get my teeth cleaned every four months. I think I have finally found my dentist for life!

Worse experience I've had in 70 years of tooth growth. Came in with pain, Mari took X-rays and…read moredecided the tooth needed a re-root canal. After 2+ hours in the chair, horribly rough drilling, horrible injections, instead of removing the Gold crown she ground it away. At exactly 5:00 my procedure was finished (in her eyes) and I was told to return in two weeks. Walked out with the same pain as when I entered only this time I walked out with same pain and $1700 less money. Came back two weeks later, told Mari I still had pain so another rough injection and more drilling. When finished I asked if it was done. She claimed she couldn't not get too one of the roots and said "she went beside it" !!!! Now I'm poorer and still in pain. there may be better doctors in their practice but Mari is not one of them. I should get a refund or at least a doctor that can actually do the job.

On September 5, 2024 I saw Dr Mauricia Brown for a consultation for a painful tooth. She diagnosed…read morethat I needed a root canal and scheduled me for September 10. I have had extensive dental work done in my life, bridges, fillings, etc and this was the worst experience I've ever had. The attitude exhibited by Dr Brown during the pounding, drilling and packing was abhorrent. The numbing process was excruciating and took weeks for the pallet to heal. Additionally while Dr Brown was working on #12 tooth she pressed down so hard on the left lower existing bridge that it seems to be damaged and is causing has caused pain for 5 months. I decided to obtain additional opinions and found that I had been misdiagnosed. Three second opinions determined that the tooth had external resorptive. A root canal ABSOLUTELY was not the recommended course of action. I spent $500 with Cala HIlls for unnecessary work - resulting in damage to existing bridge and subsequent visits to other dentists and eventual extraction of the tooth-costing $1800. I do not recommend this dentist in the strongest possible words! Save yourself pain, unnecessary expense and emotional distress by avoiding this practice.
