I declined to wear them then the Dentist himself came in told me I had an infection but that I didn't need an antibiotic before the surgery even although I have a heart valve. He was totally unconcerned and I have proof that the cardiologist requires that I take an antibiotic pre-med before any dental work. Then I asked the front desk when the appointment was finished to send me an email with the report she claimed she didn't have my email address yet me and my partner sat there 20 minutes earlier and filled out the paperwork together, including the email address no, I would not go back there. I will be reporting this to the department of health.

After my 15 minute exam and X-ray, Dr. Whitt informed me that "I'm no good to him, because I didn't need a root canal". I paid $240 out-of-pocket for the exam and left. The following week I went to a different dentist, who did a freeze test on the tooth in question. I was informed that the tooth was dead and that I needed a root canal. This dentist did the root canal and I no longer have any pain. I paid $240 for a misdiagnosis from Dr. Whitt and I am not happy about it!

We determined what work had to be done, what had to be watched and a program set in place. The follow up is great. Came back two weeks later, told Mari I still had pain so another rough injection and more drilling. When finished I asked if it was done. She claimed she couldn't not get too one of the roots and said "she went beside it" !!!! Now I'm poorer and still in pain. there may be better doctors in their practice but Mari is not one of them. I should get a refund or at least a doctor that can actually do the job.
