Loved the friendly evening shift staff that was there up until a few months ago. I loved coming in here and looked forward to it whenever it was on the agenda for my evening but now it feels very sterile and uninviting when I walk in. Have had multiple conversations with one of the guys that now works evenings and he never remembers me and seems like he has more important things to do, like inventory or making sure the music is playing. That, paired with the fact that they never have any selection of basic items like butane or baggies, etc and have a very limited inventory of damb near everything actually....has made me start shopping at cigarland, which I hated at first but they have a great selection and have warmed up a lot and its never out of what I need. It's the type of place where they act annoyed at you just for walking in the door, before you even ask them anything. I came in looking for replacement glass and the guy had an attitude the moment I entered. They didn't have the right glass, which is fine, but the guy tried to make me feel stupid for even asking. I had a follow-up question and he completely ignored me and continued laughing and talking to his coworkers even though I was speaking straight to his face 3 feet away. The only acknowledgment I got after that were further attempts at belittlement, but at that point I was walking out the door, as they yelled after me in another language. To sum it up, if you can even get them to help you, they will talk down to you and try to get you out of there as quickly as possible, in the least helpful way possible. The arrogance and sense of superiority in there is overwhelming. It's the exact opposite of a friendly, welcoming environment. Do yourself a favor and go to the place that's right across the street instead. The place is called Vape-O-Rama and it's like 30 seconds away. They're super chill, knowledgeable, and will treat you with respect (they even had the glass piece I was looking for)!

This place is a no frills kind of shop. What you see is what you get…read more The owner is super nice and he knew which coils I needed for my Atlantis and Nautilus. He also showed me the mods Aspire had. I wasn't mod shopping, but mostly wanted to check this place out because they carry some juice brands I haven't seen at the other shops I frequent. The prices are very reasonable. Juice prices are about what the market dictates but I was very impressed with the prices of my coils. Other shops want about $5 a coil and this place is way cheaper- the coils are authentic as well. I picked up a bottle of Unicorn Milk and a bottle of Bear Beer which is a very strong root beer flavor/scent. Hopefully this shop will carry some of the other brands I vape so I won't have to keep going across town just to get a bottle of juice. I'll be back even if it's just to buy coils for my tank setups.

He is always welcoming and always funny. He always tries out all the different flavors before he puts them out to sell, and always has Premium flavors. People might say it's a little bit messy, but that mess that you see is actually all the different juices and some of the mods that you can try. The fact that he does that makes it so that you know you're buying something well worth it. I've been to a lot of vape shops and this is one of the best that I have been to so far.
