First of all, the website says it's opened, 9:00a.m and it's 11:42a.m & the shop is closed. Since I've pulled up, there have been 3 customers trying to get inside & the door is shut & locked. They do not value their community or customers. The selection is very limited and too expensive. Save yourself the trip, and go somewhere where they appreciate your service and will be grateful to you. When you want to look at something they breathe hard, and snicker underneath their breath and slam counter tops to let you know they don't like you, that you annoy them and are unwelcomed. EVEN IF YOU CAME TO SPEND YOUR COLD HARD CASH! They don't care and are very careless. *since writing this review 3 more people have come to try and opened the door!!!! Horrible! Horrible! Horrible! They are not LGBTQ friendly! I went into this smoke shop for the first time to try and get some product...when I was leaving there was a 4th of July parade going on. The 4th parade was happening and as I was leaving there was a LGBTQ+ section of the parade going by and the store clerks that were working came out and screamed slurs and horrible things at the people that were part of that parade. I was horrified and wishing that I hadn't given them my money. This is unacceptable and I will not stand for it. Do not support this smoke shop AT ALL! read more

No return/exchange policy, I tried to exchange the product I bought for a more expensive one (as they sell a lot of cheaply made products) and the lady shoved me out the door and said once you leave, that's FINAL (regardless of whether the product works, which is why everything is in plastic). BUY AT OWN RISK - they sell broken products. ENTER AT OWN RISK - the complex they're in is dangerous. they sold my gf 2 broken items (scale & torch). I took items back I was thinking they would just replace the unusable items for ones that work, considering we were once a week customers. I was shocked, the employee that i dealt with, Ashley?, was rude. She didn't try to help me at all. NO RETURNS - NO EXCHANGES They really should have some signs telling people. They look like they're just trying to rip people off. These guys are bitches. I parked in front of this smoke shop to go to the restaurant next door. Two workers were outside of the shop smoking and regretted to inform me that I had parked in a customer only spot. They had very unnoticeable signs in the window of the shop but the workers were standing in front of the signs. Instead of simply telling me (a 17 year old kid) that I couldn't park there. The two workers immediately called a tow. It was $600 for me to pick up my car. These assholes don't deserve anyone's money. read more

They will tow your car if you park in front of their business. Unlike all the other businesses next to them, their signs are not very apparent. Definitely in cahoots with the tow company. I understand parking is tight in that complex, but so should any business moving in. read more

Used to come in almost every night but never again. Everyone is usually super friendly and helpful except for their "manager " who tried to lie and said he wasn't until I asked to speak to his boss and then he magically became the boss. He knowingly sell you defective sh*t and tell you, you buy at your own risk they will not take any responsibility. The price is cheap but you get what you pay for. I'd rather pay a couple extra dollars and know the product actually works instead of trying to save a couple bucks and buy something that doesn't even work at all.
