The workers here are high on heroine first, second asked me to bring them a 1:5th of vodka in a water bottle for a free bong. I didn't do that I was there to discuss the 3rd broken bong he has sold me. Then I went online and saw it was marked up 75% so I looked around and saw almost all bongs and glass is marked up 75-100% and it's Chinese glass when they claim it's authentic glass. They wouldn't let me in because they said they changed the age to 22. Which I never heard of nor has this other guy that was outside with the employee. So I'm not sure what's that about it.. especially when I've gone to other smoke shops that never told me I had to be 22 or older. read more

Quite simply these guys have the best variety of glass in the greater Seattle area. They have both local blowers and chinese glass, however I find that they do a great job selection the functions even on the chinese, which tells me they have experienced smokers selling the products. read more

My original review got a complaint from the establishment so here is my edit: It seemed to me that when I tried to buy an item there the clerk made up the price off the top of his head because it changed a few times. He appeared to be confused. When I tried to pay with my card he asked if I had cash and I said no. He told me he could get me a better deal with cash. read more

These people are scam artists I bought something and I was looking for something specific they said that this kit had what I needed so I bought it which was 80$ and I open it soon as I get in my car and it didn't have what I asked for when multiple times I asked if this has what I needed and they said yes multiple times they wouldn't give me a refund even tho it was still in its packaging and not opened (except the box) they wouldn't give my money back refused to give me there bosses number and they overprice everything the kit I bought which was 80$ I looked online and it was 40$ looked at the prices in the store for other product they are charging 1,000 looked online it was only 600$ this place is shit and I wouldn't recommend and there employees have no idea half the stuff there selling is and know nothing about treating customers right. Would give less than 1 star if possible!!! Really low end with a creepy vibe!! Full of so much junk (fine for a swap meet) that it's hard to even find the vaping products as they are mixed in with cheesy jewelry, lighters, incense products, sunglasses...swap meet appropriate. Employees are creepy (they lurk behind the counters and watch you) but are rude and completely useless when it comes to customer service; they act like it's a huge imposition to answer questions or help you locate what you are looking for. They have no clue what they are talking about; they sold me the wrong product twice. The vape products I did purchase went in the garbage... two inexpensive vape pens (one didn't work @ all, the other quit working after just one day) and vape juice (two bottles; different brands. Both tasted horrible!!) Not worth enduring the creepy swap meet vibe to get a refund or exchange. Lesson learned. read more

Great service and prices! Went to pick up some shisha for my hookah and they recommended fumari, a brand I hadn't tried before. At first I thought they were just trying to squeeze more money out of me because the brand I usually get is about 4 bucks cheaper per pack, but the shisha was fantastic and worth the extra money! Super fresh and great tasting. Also they were all in seahawks jerseys for game day and I thought that was cool. Thanks guys, you're awesome. Nice to know you're just around the corner. read more

I bought a Vision Spinner battery here a while ago that I had been suspecting was a fake but I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt so after it quit working I went in and bought a different battery. Just got it home and its not lighting up when I charge it so I looked it up online to see its reviews. I paid $35 + tax but they are selling these batteries (Ugo Twist) online for $5!!! I would bring it back but they didn't even give me a receipt. I prefer to shop local instead of online but that is an insane markup. Will not be back. read more

I've been told by a couple of locals this was a sweet spot and when we walked in, we were immediately greeted by a younger guy by the name of Nick. He helped my fiancé and I find an awesome product at a price that fit out budget and some other accessories. He was knowledgable, friendly and laid back. Checking out, a guy by the name of H, started up a friendly conversation and really made us feel welcome. How do I say... Ummmm F%$(@up experience. Asked the owner for Kanger coils. Pretty popular item. The damn owner himself puts them in my bag. Super nice, give me a few flavors for my bday. Get home, wrong part. I go back and say "hey there u sold me the wrong coils". He asks to see my equipment. I give him my 2 tanks and barrels. He starts taking them apart. Not what I want him to do, I want a strip of kanger coils. He gets oil every where, starts forcing my barrel top on with the wrong coil on it. I'm like no that doesn't fit. He's got coils, oil and my barrel parts all over. Then he says he is "allergic" to this stuff asks another guy to help. That dude opens my 2nd barrel, full of oil, again oil everywhere. I say, totally kidding," boy, you guys are messy today". The owner says "you are 86d from my store". I'm like "you kid my friend". He looks at me like he wants to rip my head off "get the f#@+out of my store, you are 86d". Seriously? OK dude, give me back the mess u just created. Go to leave, a woman is coming in he says "Don't speak to her, she is 86d". She looks at me and says "I don't know you". What is this the fing Mafia?!?!. That is when I got pissed. "Ok Fyou crack heads". Been going there a long time. Always weird vibe, creepy, but just would stop in and grab ecigs and out. Then when I switched to vaping, super nice kid, Jeremiah , set me up. Hi, I came across UTVG ecigarettes at a local Burien Smoke Shop here in Seattle, WA. I bought a vanilla flavor for myself and a menthol for my roommate. I bought them for $8.99 each, the lady behind the counter quoted them as, which was reasonable since they showed they game 500 puffs per e cigarette. When I got home and openned them, the menthol would not work at all; the vanilla gave about 50 puffs and was dead. I took them both back the next day and was told that once they are openned there are no returns. As this is my first encounter with e-cigarettes and with your products, we will now share our experience with our friends and with those on the inter net. read more

I am furious with the Burien Smoke Shop! I went in to buy a vaporizer. I bought one the same day it didn't work for a second. I got no receipt barely a bag. I had to ask for one. I took it back and he made me buy some things to get a new battery when it should of been new. I get the 2nd one home it worked for 1 day! The coil wouldn't get hot. My boyfriend went in this time to take the 2nd one back and Big Haus wouldn't exchange or give me my money back. No they didn't like dealing with him. He tossed the cigarettes back he was about to purchase. I am Blind and this was a lot of money and time! I thought they were trustworthy. I will never patronize that store again. Giving me brokedown pieces. I just wanted a vaporizer that works more than one day! read more
