Seems like they sell counterfeit vape products. We bought a vapetasia 3mg juice bottle and it was giving my girlfriend a head ache. I went online and looked up the brand on a couple websites including the brands website. All the brands juices are clear, and the one we got from this shop was yellow and had a very rough taste closer to 6mg. I've suspected from disposables in the past. I know juice can turn yellow with age and oxidize which I'm not sure is better to sell. Be careful buying products from here Update----:tried to exchange at the shop due to the fact it was giving her a head ache and was extremely abrasive to vape, and was told they wouldn't do anything about it. I made an in store purchase of 3 rolls of Skoal long cut mint at the Carnation store. When i got to my car i realized they gave me 3 rolls of Skoal mint pouches. I went back to the store to correct their mistake. I was told they didn't have Skoal long cut, that the warehouse sent rhe wrong item and that i would need to see the manager to get a refund or i could leave the purchase andb they would order what i wanted and come back tomorrow after noon. Ive made 3 trips over a week to GSV and still no product. Called today and was told the SLCM did not come inand the warehouse sent Griźly mint instead of Skoal because the warehouse people cant read. Seriously wtf. So know I need to schedule my time when a manager would be in to get a refund. Ive shop there for over a year with NO issues i can only speculate this attitude change maybe caused by new owners or managers. Once I receive my refund I will save 11 miles and shop in Issaquah for 28 cents more per can. read more

HIGHLY RECOMMEND Checking this place out !! I picked up the GeekVape AEGIS ZUES MAX PRO just a few days ago. They owner recommended it after He heard about how many Mods I've owned in the last 4 years. All either broke or lost them within 1 month. I ended up forming out the $80 on this monster of a mod, which I swore I would never buy another huge one again, but I really felt like I should trust him since he seems super knowledgeable and actually sincere with his recommendation to my problem of failed purchases. First and foremost, this review is primarily directed at those who feel the need to leave one star reviews at a business at which transactions should happen faster than most drug deals. Most people know what they are after when entering any type of smoke or head shop. Complaining about customer service at any of these types of establishments is like going to a brothel and complaining on the way out that you didn't 'feel loved'. They cater to those who generally know exactly what they need upon entering. If you don't know what you are looking for, here is a suggestion; try being like the millions of other Americans who are curious about a product they are interested in, and do research online BEFORE you enter. At least that way you have a general idea of what you want. Granted, it's a given that the actual owner of the store should be, at very least, courteous and somewhat knowledgeable about the products they sell, but once again, lets be real. All smoke shops are nothing more than product flippers, and out to make a dollar any way possible. As for the employees, lets once again be real and refer back to my brothel comment. They work in a shop that offers no benifits, paid minimum wage, and there is no advancement. They work here to survive, and nothing more. Try thinking about other peoples situations before flying off the handle and running back to your car in order to feel satisfied by your passive / aggressive level of revenge while sporting a sinister grin that says 'I'll show you!' As you rush to click 'one star'. These people have it hard, and most have either very litte-to-no customer service experience. Cut them a break. A little life advice for those unable to graduate from the pull-ups they cannot free themselves from, whining at every possible opportunity: treat everyone with respect, because you have no idea what they are going through in their lives at that moment. The last time I waited outside for 30 minutes for someone to show up, and today I have been sitting outside for 15 minutes now, with a group of people who all left because nobody has shown up. I was smoking again, and I wanted to stop. So I went here because there were a few good reviews. I went in, and the cashier reluctantly put on a mask and I said that I need some help picking out a vaping kit, to which she replied I don't smoke, so I cannot help you. She pointed to a locked display case. Her attitude was to say the least offensively indifferent. Maybe it was a racist because thing, she was short with me and not helpful at all. I felt guilty asking her to bring out three items to examine. She treated me like I was going to steal them and dash. This was on Tues Nov 9th around 13:00. I hope the owner reads this. I wanted to get this done, or I would have walked out. Furthermore, I spent $70+, got no help and reluctant service. I will never return. Don't bother wasting your time. Went to buy an item (have been here before) there was no price tag on the item so I asked how much they would be willing to sell for. He said 15$ then when being rung up, he decided the price was now 26$. I said "I'm sorry but you told me 15$" as I don't love to argue. He said "yes but now I know how much it is worth". What an excellent use of space. This shop has more devices illiquid and alternatives than any shop I've seen within 15 miles. I am new to the area and have been checking out different shops, and the shop beats the prices of every shop that I've been to. The owner is extremely nice, and when they didn't have pod refills for my odd Device, he got on the phone while I was in the store and ordered them right there. What great customer service.
