I called the local U-Haul location while trying to figure out what to do, and they referred me to Hills Motors Towing. That is when I met Jeremy, the owner/operator. I can honestly say I have never met a more family-oriented, customer-service-focused business owner. Jeremy agreed to pick us up and tow us, and he arrived within under 30 minutes. Once he looked at the vehicle, he was able to quickly identify the likely issue. Even more impressive, he had the knowledge, experience, and parts inventory available to get us taken care of right there. Within about two hours, he had my family and me fixed up and back on the road. The pricing was more than fair, so much so that I felt compelled to leave a tip. My husband and I were traveling with our travel trailer in tow heading back home. After about 8…read morehours on the road and having just left the gas station , we had a blow out with one of our TT tires. An extremely nice gentleman stopped to check on us and gave us B&J Tire info. Now we're covered triple with roadside assistance between Forest River, Good Sam and our own personal auto insurance but at the nice mans recommendation, we decided to just call this company up SO GLAD we did! Brandon arrived within 15-20 minutes of us calling, did an expert job of changing out the tire quickly, resecured our blow out tire (up under our TT) and even tied up some metal parts of the underbelly that got damaged. Extremely friendly, efficient and only charged us $100. hoping we never have another issue but if we do and we're passing through- this company will get our business.
