Both bartenders were extremely friendly, fun, and courteous. They came early to make 2 big batches of our signature drinks to have on hand. They were high energy, dancing behind the bar to the dj's music the entire night! Everyone loved their contagious energy! What becomes a problem is that the owner committed in writing to provide a refund, did not issue one and then did not respond to follow ups regarding the situation. When a vendor agrees to issue a refund and then does not do so, that is an issue with business practice and deserves a negative review. I followed up for two weeks after the refund was promised and never received a refund or a response. *** The customer service is upsetting at best. I agreed to the estimate and then verbally and in writing was told they were taking a credit card just to hold the event. I ran into an issue with the event less than 24 hours after agreeing to the estimate and called them right away. The owner did not respond even though he had been quick to immediately respond before. The rep told me she would follow up quickly and didn't. They charged me 2 grand, never told me that they were and never sent a receipt. They then told me they would issue a refund and did not. They are now refusing to answer calls or emails. I need a resolution and they seem uninterested in providing customer service. Do not use them.

I found them on a Google search trying to find somewhere that would accommodate vegan options, as I (and several of my guests) are plant -based. I was thrilled reading reviews from others experience with Chef Ravi and The Chic Chef Team and decided to reach out. Their website is every easy to navigate and their food options were exactly what we were looking for. They were so accommodating while I started the planning process 100% remotely while living in California, and experienced some delays with the pandemic era. We had to scale down quite a bit from our original plan, make necessary adjustments and they were able to reconfigure our menu and options to fit our final needs. As soon as we had the tasting, we booked with Chic Chef immediately and didn't even try any other caterers it was that good. They met with my venue to do a final walk through a few weeks before the wedding. Day of, everything was executed flawlessly. The food was SO good. From the passed appetizers, salad, bread options, and entrees- everything was amazing. We got so many compliments from our guests raving that it was the best food they ever had at a wedding.
