Currently they are not responding at all, Despite contacting the company and its president, Oscar Cesar Pleguezuelos, many times no solution or discounts has been provided. This is a disaster of a company, I have a custom made (super wide) awning and one arm plus the fabric broke, so I called to repair it, a guy came by and never call again with the quote or prices. I had an unsatisfactory experience at ROLLING SHIELD INC. We are extremely disgusted with Rolling Shield INC and will post on all review sites of this company. Work was shoddy (had to come back 3 times), and we were blatantly lied to by the salesman that showed up to our home. We called this company since we knew they did a neighbors. We mentioned to the salesman that our neighbors garage screen (they installed) was going up very slowly compared to other neighbors garage screens in our community. We were told that she needed to call the company as all makers use the same motors and something must be wrong with hers. I told the salesman that if ours was going to run slow like the neighbor (that had Rolling Shield installed) it would be unacceptable and we wouldn't want it. The SALESMAN assured us this would not happen to us. We trusted him and now have a garage screen that moves at half the speed of all our neighbors! It's horrible, we were lied to and hate this garage screen. We should have gone with Skeeter Beater or any other company! We paid good money for garbage (a cheaply made piece of trash!! PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY they will lie to you just to get your money. We have made several calls and complained about the issue asking for the owner to get in touch with us but no calls were returned. We paid half up front and were suppose to pay the remainder balance upon satisfactory completion of the job, but they billed our credit card for the remainder balance without addressing our issue. We got our hurricane shields done through them. Most of them are accordion style. They have a nice showroom, and the staff is very friendly and professional, and gives advice without trying to push you one way or another. Their price seems reasonable compare to our other quotes. The installers came to do the work at the appointed time and were all experienced professionals. Now we go back a year later when we want to replace our shades. We were shown their workshop, shown swatches so we can pick our shades to match our walls. Again, professional, friendly service, a totally enjoyable experience. read more

PLEASE STOP AND READ THIS..I have never taken the time to negativity review a company on Yelp before. My instillation of my outdoor automatic awning was so poorly installed it ripped within months. After hassling with this company to get them to come out and assess what went wrong they established that the install was completely botched. IT HAS NOW BEEN THREE MONTHS AND THEY REFUSE TO RETURN PHONE CALLS EVEN WHEN THEY PROMISE TO CALL BACK ON A CERTAIN DAY! I have called the SWFL store and the Miami store. I have spoken to at least 4 sales reps including Laura the manager in Naples and Diana the manager of Miami, both of which have lied repeatedly about promising to call back. They left all their materials in my garage (3 months ago). And taped up my awning so that I can't even use it. I paid in full at time of service and they simply have not honored their word or their work, and have spewed lie after lie. At this point all I can do is try and save Naples and Fort Myers residents the horror of dealing with this incompetent crooked company! I challenge anyone at this sham company to deny anything I said in this review as anything but 100 percent the truth. Raul made sure things were actually done and under way. The workers were super nice and informative. They made something I thought would be difficult, super easy and effortless. This is the 2nd home that I put shutters with RollingShield the same person who sold me my original house (8 years ago) Sergio took care of me once again and the installation was perfection. I did my shopping around and looked at samples and I can tell you that by far the accordions and installation by RollingShield is absolutely the best. Sergio kept in contact with me and kept me posted as to what was going on. When the City says what a nice job you know that the work is done correctly. This is one of those companies where everyone picks up the phone initially when they're trying to do business. They were certainly as sweet as can be and quite attentive at first. But once you submit that first deposit, these people go MIA. Such was the case with our accordion installations. The staff came out...they measured, and we basically never heard from them afterward. Weeks passed...incessant phone calls were made to no avail (no one EVER calls back), very few status updates were given. We literally had to drive to their facility in order to inquire as to what was going on. I sincerely believe the company operates from a hierarchy-based system where the most expensive jobs take precedence. The entire process took about 3 months for only 8 windows in an 1848 sq.ft house. To make matters worse, the attic shutters were installed incorrectly, so we had to request additional revisions to be made. Good heavens...never again. read more

They not only provide hurricane safety but also privacy and security. We had an issue and the company came out and resolved the issue immediately with no questions asked. Went to the Rollingshield's showroom this morning to take a look at some awnings and window shades I'd liked on their website. The place is pretty conveniently located on Metro (which I think is nicknamed home renovation row?) and the salesperson I met was nice and seemed really knowledgeable. The fabric selection is a little overwhelming - so hard to choose! I'm going to have to go back with some photos of our indoor/outdoor paint, which should make it easier. If you're in the market for awnings or window treatments, though, I'd definitely recommend them - much better service/products than some of the other folks I talked to. read more

Rollingshield just completed the permitting, engineering, fabrication and installation of accordion shutters surrounding my patio area and tracks with horizontal panels at my front door. From the first contact with Raul Salas Marrero (in coordination with Carlos) on April 3 thru the installation by Edgar and Avilio (Avicor) and the final inspection from the Village of Palmetto Bay on May 30, everything went smoothly. To pass along a very nice compliment......the Palmetto Bay inspector was extremely impressed with the workmanship and attention to detail by the installers. I hope you are already aware, but your company certainly has a valuable asset in Edgar and Avilio. They were punctual, personable, knowledgeable and an overall pleasure to work with. This undertaking was by no means "standard" or "routine" and I appreciate the time and care it took to complete the job from start to finish. These people are a joke!!! I called them two days ago (the day after Labor Day) to request an appointment for a price quote on new accordion shutters. I was told by the girl who answered the phone that it could take up to 48 hours for me to get a return call because they were "backed up" due to the holiday. It sounded ridiculous to me, but I waited 24 hours and called again. This time I talked to a guy named Raúl (apparently a manager there) who called someone (José) out in the field to ask him to reach out to me. A bit later José called me and asked me for the number of openings I wanted covered and measurements, which I provided; he then said he'd call me with a quote in a few minutes. I told him this was unacceptable to me...that the correct way to do it is to visit the house, take the proper measurements and proceed from there. He said OK, and I haven't heard from him since. Obviously, they have given me a horrible impression; they are not professional and don't know anything about providing good customer service. I'll be taking my business elsewhere!!! read more

Had my Hurricane Shutters done here, I was hesitant from previous reviews. but I am glad i did it. I have learned to not judge by old reviews. The staff were very informative. the installation manager was attentive to his crew. the service received by office staff was amazing. my only issue is and its not that big of a deal. it took maybe a week longer then expected. my overall experience was fantastic and i will be recommending this company to my friends. read more

I am not sure how to rate this company. I am in Bova Raton and they are in Hialeah. No, it is not around the corner, but when they make appointments and I stay at the house all day then you would expect them to show. This has happened many times although they finally came and did the work. I have had at least 4 motors go bad (that are still under warranty) and their promise to come and replace another one that has my rolldown stuck half-way now has come and gone. They hung up on me twice today. So, I gave them 2 stars but have to believe they have real issues with service once they have your money! BEWARE!! read more

I contacted Rollingshield to install Accordian Shutters on my home. The level of service this company provides is like no other from beginning to end. I received almost 8 estimates looking for a company I felt comfortable with. After my appointment with Rollingshield my search was over. Jose was my sales representative. The day of the appointment he was on time and took his time to measure my windows and brought a sample of the shutters that would be installed. He was prompt with sending my estimate and was always available to answer my calls and texts. Krystal was my contact in the office. She is AMAZING!!! Always also quick to respond to all of my emails and calls. The day of my installation the installers arrived on time and the installation was seamless. They installed shutters on 12 openings and it took them about 2 days. When they were done they cleaned up and left my property as if they were never there.
